Moen Flo by Moen Smart-Enabled Water Leak Sensor

I'm happy to report we haven't had to put the Smart Leak Detector to the test; however, like the home fire insurance policy, it's great to know we're prepared in the event of! If the device in the event of a real emergency works as well as or Moen Flo monitor, we're well prepared. We've had some trouble with our boiler Extrol tank, the Moen Leak Detector will help us in the event this tank springs a leak before it becomes a problem,

Leak detector is perfect for basement finished area room. A small amount of moisture on the floor will set off an alarm.

I have enjoyed the security of knowing (if) I get a leak in the future I have something that will notify me and I can take care of it before there is lots of damage.

These leak detectors work. If a small leak is detected it will cuase your moen valve to close and save a major cleanup or damage. Batter life is very good and the battery is easy to change when needed.

Super easy to set-up. Easy to activate the battery and connect to the app on my iPhone. I have an antique house and was concerned about the cold water supply to a bathroom. This unit accurately alerted me to a new leak one morning, (fortunately, I was home). I was able to control the issue until the plumber arrived and replaced the pipes/joint.

Couldn't be happier with the ease of setup & installation. So far, and it has been months, it has worked flawlessly with solid connection to my Wifi.

I installed this device and love it. Tells me the room temp and I feel better knowing I'm covered should something happen

Terrible wifi connectivity, otherwise fine. 20' from AP, nex to Flo valve. Flo has no issues, this gets lost at least once a week.

Device won't setup properly. Freezes on WiFi setting in the app. Tried to reset and still doesn't work. Also came w a dead battery but they helped pay for new battery.

I have had 6 of these very expensive monitors and shortly after the year warranty is up they will no longer stay connected. Stay away.
