This grab bar was returned and I didn't have it installed. I would like to know if I could get a reimbursement for the grab bar and the charge for the installer. I've notified several places and people to get this issue resolved to no avail. Please kindly send me a refund for both. I would greatly appreciate getting my money back. Thank you!
