Moen Inc Moen Edwyn Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser

It was actually really say to install myself without any prior plumbing experience. I have a pretty big sink and it being able to turn so easily and the pull down faucet makes cleaning easier

Very sleek look, does not show water stains. Works great

This excellent faucet was service installed by professionals to insure proper installation reliabity. Previous faucet was 30 years old. Installation was once seen before apart from the normal install. I am very happy and appreciative.

Bought this to replace 2 month old Dyson faucet provided as a package deal from contractor during kitchen remodel. What an improvement! I can actually feel the button click on/off to change from spray to full stream (which was the problem with other faucet). I also like that when faucet is turned off in spray mode, it returns to the stream mode automatically. This faucet has so much more water pressure than the old one and you can reduce the water flow easily via the single handle. We installed without the face plate that was included, as we did not have any other holes to hide. Was unsure about this at first, but now like the look a lot and one less thing to keep clean. There is a nice looking soap dispenser included, which I did not use. I'm anxious to see if it is truly spot free, as I hate to be a slave to keeping things looking spotless! The price was very reasonable and it feels like good quality stainless steel. Pull down retracts perfectly. I bought this based on others reviews, so hope this helps!.

This sink was easy to install and as far as I can tell the spot resistance works well. Also has good pressure for the low flow of water my house has. I don't feel that the quality of the materials reflect the cost (i.e. plastic flex hoses instead of metal). I haven't experienced any issues and I hope I'm wrong, but sometimes you can just feel it when a product is made of a lower quality than it should be.

a bit underwhelmed. rotation of spout has No resistance thus it doesn't want to stay where you position it. There are also no built in stops to restrict rotation. Overall weight was disappointing as I avoided the big box stores to hopefully get something with a bit more metal in it's construction. Installation was straightforward although the tight fit application in our home would have been 'cleaner' if the supply lines could have been shortened. It did resolve the worn out 18 year old Danze product that served us well. Time will tell just how well it will serve us.

Looks nice and easy to install but leaked from day one. Contacted cust. servs. said will send out a new cartridge be there in five days, going on nine days. Having to service a brand new product is ridiculous. How could I give anything more then two stars?

Bought faucet because of its simple look and height. Replaced 10 year old Pfizer faucet as an upgrade. Old faucet had no issues. This faucet was relatively easy to install. However after installing, discovered that handle leaked. Ugh!! Contacted moen. They stated that cartridge and nut needed replacing..Received replacement cartridge/ nut abot 7 days later. Not an easy task. The hex tool that was provided was too long and could not be easily maneuvered into the hole on the faucet. Luckily I had a smaller one. Followed the picture instructions. Now waiting to see if the issue is resolved...fingers crossed! For what I paid for this faucet, I was very disappointed with having a leak immediately. If it wasn't for the hassle of having to pay someone to remove this faucet and reinstall another faucet I would have returned it. While I appreciate the lifetime warranty on the product, I don't appreciate the apparent low quality of the faucet. I have a feeling I will be contacting Moen again. First and last Moen!

My brand new Moen faucet leaked from the handle immediately after installation and turning the water back on. I removed the handle and tightened the cartridge assembly up, it greatly reduced the amount of leaking. But, it did not stop the leak. When i run the faucet, it still leaks at the handle, a few drops, but very annoying considering it is a week old and leaked from right out of the box. Disappointed with my purchase.

Fixture is leaking from underside of handle juncture, not while faucet is running and after water is turned off.
