Great product!

New faucet was not overly priced and works perfectly…totally pleased.

I am very impressed with this faucet. It looks sleek, is very easy to use and truly adds style to our bar! It also doesn't show finger prints and is very easy to wipe clean. Couldn't be happier.

The only problem I have is that the pullout hose and the weight sometimes get caught on the plumbing underneath the sink. When I bought this I didn't know the cold water shut off valve is right below the pullout hose and the weight. I've tried a number of ways to prevent them from getting stuck. Your engineers should develop a clamp/ bracket to help prevent this from happening .

Like the other reviewer stated the water comes out of this faucet strong and it seems like it sprays out of the sink too much. Could be something to do with my city water pressure but I didn't have this issue with my old faucet. Also, i didn't think about how I would view the faucet daily - looking down on it. Not such a huge fan of how the pieces intercept. Overall though it is a fine faucet and is just taking me some time to get used to.

With in days of installing this faucet it was loose and wiggled where the smaller part comes out of the base. We contacted Moen and it seems this is a usual complaint. They sent replacement parts..but it's still the same. We googled and it seems others have had the same issue.

After a week of washing my dishes in the basement, I was eagerly waiting for my plumber to install the Riley. Unfortunately, not having read the fine print, I didn't realize that the plate was not included. I had him turn around, go to a supply house, and buy me another faucet. Now I have a useless faucet sitting in my basement. Who ever heard of a faucet without a plate included?
