Moen Spot Resist Stainless Sip Transitional Cold Water Kitchen Beverage Faucet with Optional Filtration System

The spray wands did not stay in spray mode for my two new pullout kitchen faucets. Moen sent two new wands at no charge.

Replaced 26 year old moen kitchen faucet (still working) with new metal unit for an update, Also installed a matching filtered drinking water dispenser at the same time. Installation, although challenging, was doable and accomplished in approximately 45 minutes. Am impressed with the new look and updated features. Have had excellent service from moen faucets in the past and see no reason to expect any difference in the future.

Bought this to dispense cold water from the filtration system in the kitchen. Besutiful match to the Moen kitchen Touch Sense faucet, and soap dispenser. And it is sturdier and easier to use than the faucet available for on the filtration manufacturer.

I am pleased with the product, though it was not under favorable circumstances. I heard water dripping and my faucet line cracked. When the plumber came out, we discussed replacement options and I decided on the Moen single handle pull down faucet.

I bought this faucet about a month ago to match my other Moen products and it looks fantastic !! I have trusted Moen products for over 30 years.

I just had this faucet installed for my RO system. It goes perfectly with the Arbor faucet next to it. I'm thrilled with its beauty and fluid design. A wonderful addition to my new kitchen!

I bought this 6 month ago and find it all they said it would be. Ordered new filter today.

I've had this sip faucet for one and one half years. While it looks nice, the filter is difficult at best to change. The plastic parts upon which it rests separate easily adding to the difficulty.

I bought this two months ago. The plumber installed it but left a cord hanging. It should plug into something but your installation instructions do not show what. It says to thread the cord through the counter but then NOTHING! Try providing complete instructions so peopole can use all the features you claim to have available.

PRODUCT HAS FAILED AFTER 60 DAYS. IT WORKED GREAT FOR A FEW WEEKS THEN THE HOT WATER STREAM WAS HALF THE COLD STREAM AND THEN IT WENT TO ZERO. I REPLACED THE BATTERIES AND IT WORKED GREAT FOR A WEEK THEN THE HOT WATER PRESSURE DECLINED TO ZERO AGAIN. i REPLACE THE BATTERIES FOR THE SECOND TIME IN 30 DAYS AND IT COMPLETELY FAILED. WHO DO I TALK TO ABOUT WARRANTY.
