Moen Spot Resist Stainless Modern Deck Mounted Kitchen Soap Dispenser with Above-the-Sink Refillable Bottle

four months after install the plastic 18 oz bottle that was only 3/4 full broke off at the threading. Mess everywhere under sink! Support on-line isn't useful for accessory replacement. I have phoned customer service and they are about 2 hours wait time to receive a callback- I'm sure they will make this right, but, for the money spent, I really wanted quality to avoid issues. The dispenser is super beautiful though!!!

This is the second time we have had to replace the bottle and connector. Is there an attachment that will run from the dispenser into a jug? We have to crawl under the sink every few weeks to fill the bottle.

Didn't get 2 years out of it before the plastic housing cracked. I live alone and have never pressed hard on the pump, it dispenses with thumb pressure. Today it stopped pumping and when I took it apart, the plastic housing was visibly cracked. Unfortunate, really enjoyed it otherwise.

Less than a year old and it doesnot work gotta call moen for parts. I really think its my wifes fault.

Gorgeous fixture, we have the spot resistant stainless, we were so happy when it was installed, but unfortunately we have had issues with this product within the last 6 months. Even if the soap bottle is full, it rarely dispenses soap. I have followed all of the maintenance suggestions from the website, but something is wrong. I can't justify paying for a new dispenser.

This soap dispenser is just what I wanted. But after about a year and a half, the tube cracked around the spring, rendering it useless. Very expensive item to break so soon. Not sure how to fix it. Tried superglue but it does t hold.

Scratched and the finish was peeling.

The mechanism does not work. Wears out after one year. Do not buy. You have been warned. The dispenser is heavy bronze and looks good, but just avoid.

I loved the look of it and was so excited for it in my new kitchen, but it stopped working soon after we moved in and I had a mess of soap all over under my kitchen sink. :|

This item has never worked properly. It seems the pump action should have a longer throw, but it only depresses about 1/4" and dispenses very little soap with each pump. This is the second one I've had. I think I'm going to have to try another brand. I'd gladly pay for a unit that works well than fight for a warranty for a sub par product
