When upgrading a 1994 Moen faucet that was a "pull out" model, there were only a few options available to purchase that didn't require completely refitting the valve. Even without refitting the valve, this product needed an adapter kit to install. Overall, it's new, so it's better than what I had, but it's only a step up from the builder-grade faucet the builder installed way back when.

According to your website, the tub drain kit is supposed to fit industry standard 1 1/2" drains. This is not the case as when I tried to install, it was too wide and would not fit in the drain shoe. I measured the width of your tub drain and it measured at 1 7/8". I need this in 1 1/2" width.

Item extremely poorly packaged. Box was crushed and dented. Item was not wrapped so it was extremely scratched and dented as well .

I have a clogged drain and I can't figure out how to get the top off so I can get the hair out that is clogging it. I just need to get a snake in there but it is not user friendly.
