1st i gotta say i'm a playstation fan boy. hats off to xbox on this one though. i've always struggled with sony service remotely. buffering losing connection etc. i played roughly 3 hours when i got this and only couple times did i have any connection issues. it's responsive and works excellent. this is the next step in mobile gaming and i like what i see. i only wish the bracket that holds the phone felt more secure. other then that it's excellent.
its like a portable gaming console. played acouple of games, mario kart, cod and forza...on my note20 ultra 5g, it was like being at home playing, but on a a lot smaller screeen, lol.
used with both stadia and xbox cloud. feels great in the hand. power bank and programmable buttons are a bonus!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has been using his controller on their mobile phones and we all love being able to play on mobile game with an actual controller and the fact that it charges your phone at the same time is fantastic. It has enhance our gaming by far! The phones that so nicely into the control arm and my youngest has used it on his games on his tablet as well. It works wonderful.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago and I can't stop playing it. The controller works so easily. I have an android phone and there are so many games to play. The battery last a while. I would recommend this to all gamers.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my son to use with his phone. He plays games on it all the time now. I didnt even realize that it has a built in battery that actually charges his phone, this is a very cool feature because he always forgets to charge his phone. The phone clip holder works well on his mid range smart phone. I was surprised to learn that this works with our Xbox too!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who grew up playing gameboy, it's amazing that we've sort of come full-circle except now I can play Xbox games from anywhere that I have phone service. This controller connects to your phone either through bluetooth or USB and can even control the phone to open the Xbox app to start playing games from the cloud. Really cool thing to bring on vacation or a work trip, and the controller itself, despite being 3rd party, feels identical to a normal controller although there are some additional paddles/switch things on the bottom (device specific and not meant for gameplay). Overall, super cool and no issues at all with gameplay, stability, or controls.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since they changed it so the kids can't play Robox on computers or TVs and you have to use your phone it's a bit difficult so having a Bluetooth controller that attaches to your phone has made my child very happy. I connected it for her and it took a matter of two minutes had no issues with finding the connection there if your kids still doing Robox definitely try this controller. And what's even nicer is that it has a built-in power button to charge your phone while you're playing.
android games = doesn't work xbox game pass games on android = works
received the moga xp5-x+ controller with the note 20 ultra as part of a promotion. the controller does not work with most games. sky: children of the light, roblox, we have yet to find a game that it works with on the note 20 ultra. works fine with the note 9, s8+. sure seems odd to promote a controller as part of a promo and have it really let down the new phone users. not recommended for new phones. can't program buttons, can't fix anything.
