Mohawk Dual Surface Rug Pad (8' 4"x9' 8")

very nice. good cushion. This is not a wimpy pad. This is a good pad, not to thick, not to thin. Ideal for my new rug.

The pad has worked very well under our area rug. The 8x10 rug doesn't move - even with grandbabies and the dog running on it. The furniture is set beside it, not on it, so it's all about the pad holding the rug in place. We have engineered hardwood floors. I cut the pad so that the rug overhangs the pad by the recommended distance.

Both the rug and pad are as advertised, however, the pad is about 1.5 inches wider than the rug but it does not affect the use of it. The rug appears to be very well made and the price was affordable and cheaper when you compare it to like products offered by other outlets and dealers. Would I purchase it again? Absolutely!

Very good pad. Have (2) 8ft x 2.5ft high shag runners in hall way on into bedroom. (End to end = 16ft). They would slide and bunch up until I put this pad down. Now my 80 year old wife can still shuffle her feet as she walks on it. I bought one carpet and cut it in half; perfect.

This rug pad is great. Flattened out really fast, decently easy to cut to size. I love that it can be used on either side, depending on whether you're using it on hard floor or carpet. We have it on hard floor, and the rug does not slide at all. It provides really nice cushioning as well.

This rug pad will surprise you. It instantly made my 8x10 area rug feel thick and luxurious. I didn't realize it was made for multiple surfaces. It went down perfectly on my hardwood floors. This pad is heavy and well made. Best I've seen. Buy with confidence. (I actually had to trim it back about an inch all around, but it was easy).

Fast shipping and easy ordering....there was no smell as others had mentioned. I love them and it keeps my rug in place on my hardwood floors. Would definitely recommend. They have a rubber undercoating which helps it to stay in place. Easy to trim or cut with a scissors for a perfect fit.

Good for my needs. Exactly as advertised. Deduct star & half because of the smell that took a time to air out. Once laid on floor, still filled room with smell. HOWEVER, I did not put anything over. Just ordered to protect hardwood floor until I get new LVP installed.

Not quite as cushiony as I had expected compared to the rug pad I bought a few years ago at a local carpet store. The pad stays in place on the wood floor but the rug slides off of the pad by just walking on it. I most likely would not purchase it again .
