it certainly seemed like a good deal at the time you know you get $160 off and it's 10,000 BTUs however it's for a motorhome and when I'm finding is it just doesn't do the job even at 10,000 BTUs with the 15° gradient and I'm in Arizona and it can go over a hundred Once Fashion hits the side of the unit at 1:00 which goes until 8:00 and the condenser keeps kicking off and blowing hot air after a while which then of course we have to set it at a certain temperature so basically I paid you sit the air conditioner I guess so I would definitely get a different unit if I could bigger stronger but I'm stuck

I live in an old apartment building and it doesn't have air conditioning, so when it's hot it's hot and when it's cold it's cold. And I loved the price.

use this little but mighty gem for our bedroom at night and have another at my pet grooming shop for assitance with central air conditioning that in the middle of summer cant keep up with the southern heat

Were in the middle of a HEAT WAVE..Ohio is in the high 80s feeling like the 90s..This unit was simple to put togher..At 62 degrees it had to catch up with my room termperage..Once i shut the bedroom door it didnt take a unusual time to cool the room..On low it actually was cool enough to get under the sheets..Its a bit noisy but wasent enough to disturb my.sleep..I recommend this product. i bought the warranty as well.

I bought it because it was on sale and seemed like a really good item. The window installation kit is only good for a few specific types of windows. But if you have any kind of fancy shape to your window you will have to modify it to fit the window like I did. Second of all for them to claim that it covers 350 sq ft is greatly exaggerated. Talk about false advertising because I would say it maybe covers 25 sq ft. I bought it for a single room and it felt nice and cool very close to the unit but you walk away from it and instant heat. What I ended up doing is installing a fan along with it and it works pretty good for the most part. But it is not nearly has powerful has the add claims. I would also like to add that the drainage system is a mess. It only comes with one hose for 2 drains and there is absolutely no way to drain them both without making a mess. And you can not hook it up to a steady drain and just let it run because it uses the evaporated water to help make the air cool. But the problem is when it gets full and has to be drained, it only gives you one hose for 2 outlets. So you have to disconnect and reconnect the hose every time and while you are doing this the system leaks out. It is impossible to do this without spilling water.

I bought this unit for my bedroom but wasn't big enough for my room.

I bought this air condition and installed it on June 10, 2026 ,it worked for 3 days and froze and after I unplugged the unit and it filled a large coffee can. I'm disappointed because it was on sale and I was excited to use for the summer months. I will be returning it back and getting a different air unit. I purchased my unit on my credit card and then received a new one in its place. So I'm hoping that I can exchange it with a different unit. Thank you, Mrs. Beverly Kremblas

I really can't give an opinion on this product. When I opened the package, it looked a little bit intimidating. Also it needs sufficient space to work properly. I returned it Because it wasn't suitable for my space.
