We only have one room that gets hot. It's maybe 1000 sq ft with a vaulted ceiling. This device does not make it cold in the room, but it keeps it in the mid 70's when the room would normally be in the mid 80's this time of year. I might have gone with a slightly higher BTU if I could do it all over again, but it still works well. It is not particularly quiet but that is the nature of an in-room air conditioner.
very happy with how it cools my room,i gave 4 star cause you really have to tape all the exaust tubes,but a roll of white gorilla tape does the trick,and it has to stay in the same spot
I'm missing the part that connects the exhaust hose to the unit
It doesn't cool like it should , very disappointing .
I've had the item for 3 months it's already broke and won't work I want my money back
