Bad customer service....
I ordered 5 packages and only received 1 package. The customer service doesn't call you back even after I contacted them, they said 24 - 48 hours and its going on day 4. The first package was delivered to the wrong house. Why company's can't return calls about their products.

Deceptive Selling Practice
DECEPTIVE selling practice - even my packing slip says 5/box, I received 1 single bandage, expecting a box of 5. I paid $15 for 1 single bandage!! Who in their right mind would pay that? It looks like you are buying a box of bandages, not 1 individual bandage. Plus the packing slip prints out in the description 5/Box. My son is paralyzed, has pressure ulcers, requires daily wound care. I buy what insurance doesn't cover. I don't buy bandages to be RIPPED OFF. They "katy med supply" send a canned email response and will charge anywhere from $3.50 - $13.50 by weight, plus a 20% restocking fee. Disgusting Experience %26 Very Dishonest Selling Practice
