It hurts on the back specially on the lower back below the rib cage. Airbags squeezes on the wrong areas, like it squeezes on my shin instead of my gastrocnemius..

It's a decent chair, hard to figure out and the feet massagers started making noise after the 3rd day.

Well, first of all when I open the box, noticed the box was all taped up like it was previously returned. It was obvious it was not a brand new box. Secondly opened up the box and immediately noticed scratches, scuffs, no power cord was included in the box, no books in the box, the wheels that are on the back of the chair to wheel it around were used, looks like the wheels were all scuffed up from being moved on cement is what it appeared to be, there was not plastic, covering anything to protect it during shipment. Overall, it was a used broken chair that somebody returned and they ship that chair to me claiming to be a brand new chair. So now I am dealing with customer service via email, which has been a nightmare because you can't call and talk to somebody. Everything is done through email. My last email I received from the company was “ Does everything appear to be working?” also they offered me an extra $50 off if I was to keep the chair. I paid for a new chair not a used broken chair so why would I accept $50 and keep this piece of junk? I was really looking forward to receiving this chair what a disappointment this has been for me. I've told them repeatedly I want a refund and somebody needs to come and pick up this chair. If I could give this zero stars, I definitely would. So now they don't want to give me my money back they want me to keep a used nonworking chair that's all scratched up with no power cord. This has been a nightmare for me. I will be calling Walmart customer service again todayto let them know this company will not give me a refund and they can handle it.
