The cover is a cute gender neutral design. It has a strap that comes around you, which makes it safer than other nursing pillows. It was so nice to be able to strap the pillow to me because then I could solely focus on my baby. It allowed me to relax a little more. It is perfect for traveling because you can carry it by snapping the strap together and throwing this over your shoulder or hooking to a stroller. The strap and back rest also helped big brother and big sister to hold the baby safely. I love the baby back rest and it really sets this above other nursing pillows! I initially bought this for holding my baby while in the nicu so we could feed a bottle and not have to worry about my baby rolling off. I fell in love with it and wished I would have had this with my other children. Several mothers in the nicu loved it as well and wanted to buy one. I have washed and dried it several times with no issues. Trust me, all mamas need this nursing pillow!!

great pillow but i wish it was a bit more full. the cover is baggy on it and i wish it plumply filled the cover atleast. but otherwise it's good. i like the clip and the back peice.

I have several back issues and I'm short I was hoping this pillow would help. I liked the extra guard support but turns out it's useless doesn't even come near babies body to help support. The buckles hurts my back. The pillow is to soft it doesn't give much support
