I highly recommend these pills! I felt my supply drop at around 2mth pp and I wanted to make sure I was still producing enough for my baby. After one pill I was back to feeling full every morning and having a steady supply throughout the day. I do supplement with boobie bar protein shake as well, but have definitely seen improvement since using this supplement. Also love that it's at least 1 per day compared to most others that recommend 3 per day. I do 1 and it is more than enough!
Yes to see it since it's a medication
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having used the Lactation Support Milk Thistle & Lecithin - Fenugreek Free supplement for a week, I appreciate its easy-to-swallow nature. While I haven't noticed significant changes in a short period, I understand the importance of consistency in seeing results with such supplements. The absence of fenugreek is notable, providing an option for those who may prefer or require an alternative. I'm optimistic about the potential benefits as I continue to use it consistently over the next few weeks. The ease of incorporation into my routine is a plus, and the fact that it's easy to swallow makes it a convenient addition to my daily regimen. I look forward to experiencing the full effects as I continue using the Lactation Support supplement, understanding that these types of products often require patience to see meaningful results.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you're lactating, your dietary intake of vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, and D; docosahexaenoic acid (DHA); choline; and iodine goes, in part, toward making milk . Optimal nutrition helps support the growth of your baby's body and brain.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not yet a mommy, but my sister is a new mommy and I'm thankful to have received these to be able to give to her for my little nephew. She let me know that these helped her to produce more milk than she was previously and they helped to make her feel more energized in general throughout the day. Personally, I love the natural ingredients in this supplement. Milk thistle is an amazing ingredients for increasing breastmilk production and we are hoping for our nephew to be big and strong so he will need all of it. Additionally, I know that milk thistle is good for the liver and brain support so hopefully that will cut down on the mommy brain fog. I received these vitamins from Influenster in exchange, for my honest opinion.
my daughter who is nursing said it was very helpful
It made my baby really gassy, and it stopped my milk supply from continuing to dry up (i used to get about 3-6 extra ounces after a feed but my supply started to decrease), but overall i took for weeks and didnt get the results i was looking for but i would definitly reccomend someone else to give it a shot bc you never know what will or wont work for you speckfically. it was worth a shot and i dont regret buying it, just a little disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange of my honest review. They don't taste or smell bad and the packaging is good ande easy to open. I didn't really notice a difference on the milk flow but I will continue to take then to see if I do. It doesn't hurt to try them.
Nothing has change. My milk supply is still low. The pills have a weird after taste that lingers around in your mouth. Not worth it.
Make sure the container are sealed before going through with the purchase
