I like these prenatal vitamins, I am into probiotics especially if it comes with vitamins! It comes in in a pretty blue packaging. I like that the vitamins has helped me with my hair growing and I have some more energy throughout the day.

Has a cotton ball inside to keep the moisture out. Fast dissolving and easy to take, its not huge like some vitamins. Almost out now will most likely purchase again

I especially like how it's a single capsule a day, not 6 like some other prenatals out there. It's a great value for what it contains, and I think it's great it has methyl folate.

I also really appreciated that the serving size per bottle gets you further than most, since you only take one daily. I find vitamins like this to be a good value. I have been given to my son and it has been great experience. I love the added benefit of the probiotics. He doesn't have much trouble taking them, which is a big win for us. The only thing worth noting that I disliked is the large size. Which is not unusual for vitamins supplements.

One of the downsides that I have found to any Prenatal has been taking it in the morning with no food. I recommend taking the prenatal at lunch after you have a full stomach to avoid any nausea. Overall, the product is a decent value for the money and has good support. I would like it if the ingredients were a little bit cleaner. However, I would recommend this prenatal as an over-the-counter drugstore prenatal multivitamin.

Also, I run low on vitamin d and these have only 600ui and my doctor put me on 4000ui on top of what's in my other prenatal that have iron and omega already in them. They shouldn't have a taste as they're capsules you swallow with water.
