Mommy's Helper Kid Keeper Child Safety Harness

This was purchased for very active twin boys 19 months old who want freedom to walk and run. In my opinion, a necessity for safety when loading and unloading the boys in a parking lot. Mommy helper is just that. Something a "mommy" could not do safely without. This is comfortable restraint for dangerous areas and total "freedom" to walk on their own when in a store and a shopping cart is not working, but boundaries are needed. I'd highly recommend the use of this product, especially if you have two small children.

Some people might not like the idea of "leashing" a child...but it keeps them out of harms way. All the fasteners are on the back of this harness...even the clever ones can't escape. The band is wide enough to be comfortable.

It works perfectly! At first my son(2) was hesitant, but once we were outside he forgot he even had it on and he stayed right next to me the whole time!

I checked on most I could find and this one seemed the most sold to parents

It was what I wanted to able to care for my grandchild.

Works great for that toddler that you can't keep up with!

Great item strap just needs to be a little longer.

Good basic harness. The straps that go around the shoulders may dig into skin if he pulls. It would be nice if they had padding or softer material there. The latch on the back is plastic so not sure how much it will hold up. I don't plan on using it often so I'm sure it will be fine. Good product for the price.

This would work ok being used when shopping in a department store or in various crowded places just to keep control of the child, but as for just walking down a side walk or outside in an unfenced yard it is not very good. It caused the child to fall backwards. You have to be right over or really close to the child to not cause them to lose balance..

This thing only has about 2 feet of length and the cheesy little thing does not fit around a toddler very well. Do not buy this if you're actually looking to allow your child to have some freedom but be with you.
