Described as it was, I'm happy that as a customer you can view the customer ratings which gave a good insight to the product too. The delivery was super fast, this product came the very next day as predicted. The updates on delivery were accurate, I haven't had a better customer experience with any other store like I have with Walmart.

Absolutely loved this!! I had a doona with my first baby and it was just super pricey and small that you end up having to get another car seat 5 months in which is crazy considering the price! This 6 in 1 system is perfect! The quality is amazing and the memory foam makes it so comfortable for baby! I'm super happy with my purchase and the price of this item! Will be recommending it to any future new moms!!

Love the versatility of the stroller with the bassinet. The car seat is easy to install and the harness is easy to adjust. Very good value for the price.

I gave this product 4 stars because it has its pros and cons. Pros: easy assembly; nicely padded for comfort; looks luxurious; bassinet and car seat; easy to switch to bassinet Cons: hard to remove car seat from stroller; bassinet doesn't sit up much, it is only meant for children who cannot sit up unassisted. Meaning if your child wants to sit up fully you need to get a different stroller for that so won't be able to use it too long.

I gave the stroller three stars because The bottom buckle for the car seat needs to be a little higher as it sits right at the very top of the baby's legs and the hooks to buckle him in is tight on his legs. I feel like the buckle needs to be just a little bit higher to sit below his belly button instead of under it

It came scuffed. I was so excited about this car seat, I watched and waited for it to become available and bought it before we even knew the gender of our baby. Fast forward 5 months and we finally got the box opened, the bassinet is scratched as well as the car seat and not a little scratch either- it's a pretty good size one. Considering how much the car seat costs and how hard it was to get ahold of, I am so disappointed.

Car seat gets stuck when trying to remove from base to get baby out of the car. If ever there's an emergency you will have to struggle to get the entire base, which is clipped in and was hard took me 20/30 to get my baby out of the car. I would look into other options

The carseat will not lock down into the base tight. It's wiggling all over and it's not safe for our baby when she comes. Looking for a different model.

The car seat is less than a month old, and the handle used to carry the baby is loose and wobbly. I'm afraid to carry my baby in it. As you can see in the video, it's stuck, but it's still moving.

This car seat should not be allowed to be sold. It's very flimsy and unstable. It does not have a level bubble. It tells you to align the ground with a line on the car seat. RIDICULOUS!
