The item I purchased is for my daughter and my son in-law. I was at their home when they opened the box and they were grateful to have a car and stroller combination. My son-in law was impressed on how easily the items were easily assembled. They really appreciated having this gift for their first born. I would highly recommend other expecting parents to purchase innovative combination for their families. Oh, there were many nifty compartments on the stroller for the parents to place their water bottle, eyeglasses, keys and spaces for the baby essentials for storage.
This was very easy to put together. It took about 10 minutes total. The stroller folds up and down easily. It is light weight so easy to get in and out of car. There is a spot to rest legs which is nice in the stroller and makes it very comfortable for the napping child. It has nice soft padding and soft material so very comfortable to sit on. Rolls smoothly. Easy to put the breaks on if you need to lock the stroller in place. The entire tray comes off in the front of stroller to make it easy to get kids in and out and easy to clean for people like me who feed their kids in the stroller! The car seat base was easy to install. There is a soft handle on the car seat which makes it more comfortable to carry. Easy to adjust straps. There is a nice little head cushion for when babies are little. The car seat clicks in and out of the stroller easily. It is a great quality stroller and made with nice durable material.
I'm going to break down this review into pros and cons. So up first are the pros. What I liked about about this product in no particular order. *the pattern is definitely cute. It's a navy blue and grayish colored camo. Probably targeted for boys. *the actual brand of the carseat is Safety 1st. It is padded enough so it seems to be comfortable. And they meet safety standards. *it's a travel system! You get a carseat, a base, and the stroller. The carseat clicks right onto the stroller. It's versatile so that once baby is bigger you can keep using the stroller. *there are ACTUAL, REAL HUMAN, pictures for the instructions of the wheels. It makes so much more sense!! I wish most products had this! Next, are the cons. Things that aren't necessarily bad about the product but just a negative aspect of it. *with this brand, I get very confused. Is it monbebe brand, or is monbebe a parent company to safety 1st? I didn't really understand why the box says one and the product says another. *putting together any carseat into a car is difficult. Any parent or human can really say that. I'm not saying this carseat is more difficult than others, I am saying it takes time, muscle power, and anxiety if you did it right to get it in there. * it's a travel system! Yes, I think it's a good and bad thing. Once your baby outgrows the car seat itself, what do you do with it? By then the toddler is using the stroller part without the carseat and probably onto a front facing car seat. Do you keep the infant carseat? Store it for another child? I really don't know what to do from there. Overall, this is a great bundle. If caught on sale for sure, snatch it up! This is a kittle too expensive for a gift, but it's defintely useful to use even as a spare seat for trips with friends or grandparents and not needing to switch carseats around between cars. I used a similar travel system for my first born and we still use that stroller 8 years later for my second born. The carseat was expired by the time #2 was born. So these sets defintely last and are worth the money.
I had to get a stroller and car seat combo because my daughter and grandson are visiting. This car seat stroller combo is amazing in quality. It was very easy to put together. Car seat base was very easy to install. The material and color are worth every penny.
I could not have asked for a better complete set. The stroller is so easy to open and close back and not too heavy that I need help getting it in and out of the car. The car seat is perfect. My baby sleeps like an angel every time she is in it. It was so simple to put together, instructions were amazing. The whole set in the box is a bit heavy so pregnant ladies will need help with that part. We have 5 kids, this is by far the best set we have ever had. Its beautiful and perfect for us. My favorite part is the anti-bacterial parts!
I absolutely love the colors and design of this travel system. Pictures don't really don't do it justice. I love the textured handles on the stroller and carrier. It really is comfortable to grip and easy to clean. The infant seat snaps securely in place when you lower the seat to a recline position. The seat is reclined by a strap you have to manually move and secure. This is not difficult to do but not my preferred stroller if you need to recline and incline often. This is one of the few things I wish was different with this stroller. The carseat and stroller both feel very comfortable to the touch and have a good amount of padding. The carseat is very light in comparison to others I've used. It does come with a base that is easy to install. It has a line to show how to level it in the car but does not have a built in level like other carseats I've used. This is another negative for me as I feel more comfortable seeing the level than trusting myself just visually to make sure the seat is level. The stroller has a large basket underneath that is very accessible which I love. The removable snack tray is also fantastic on this. It's not big and bulky like some and it can remain attached when you fold it up. You can easily help a toddler in and out by unlocking one side at a time and flipping the tray to the side. You do not need to remove the entire tray. The biggest issue I have with the stroller is that I hit the wheels with my feet often when walking. As a taller person with a longer stride this can be annoying. The handle does have three positions that can help but for myself it does not. I would need to extend the handle to not hit the wheels unfortunately. My husband who is also tall has the same issue. The middle position works best for us. The final issue I have is with the brakes. I prefer strollers with a one step to lock both brakes. With his stroller you have to lock both wheels individually. That is just my preference though. It has a large canopy and widow to see baby which is nice. The entire carseat and stroller is easy to wipe clean. Even with the few flaws this is an excellent stroller. I did receive this item in exchange for my honest opinion and I do reccomend it.
I have bought a car seat stroller combo from this brand before and it was great this one I bought as a gift for a baby shower and when the mother went to use it the stroller won't lock in place so it is unusable we were going to return it but she can't wait the week shipping without a car seat so I guess we are just out of luck
Our package arrived at someone else's house that stayed at 908 not 909. My husband had to walk the other person's package to their house and retrieve our package from their house. The package was extremely heavy. FedEx did a horrible job following instructions and do not recommend them to deliver any packages for Walmart.
Terrible. Car seat doesn't fit in stroller frame. Front tray for baby doesn't fit on the stroller frame. Bar for front wheels was too short for stroller frame. My child pinched their fingers in the front tray because it doesn't snap in correctly. Just a total defective unusable product. Still haven't received a replacement or a refund so I am without a stroller for my child.
Terrible stroller, wheels will not move in one direction. Very cheaply built VERY poor quality. I didn't last with this stroller for two months and it broke.
