Mongoose Excursion Mountain Bike, 24 inch wheels, girl's style, black

Great bike. Big enough to grow with her for a while, but small enough to ride now. She loves it, even though she crashed on her first day riding it to school, knocked out her front tooth and got a minor concussion. Not the bikes fault, it held up fine. Already back on the road.Also, the manager at the Sparks NV store ( i think her name is Lori ) was awesome. really went out of her way to make this happen.

Easy to assemble, great looking. Going to make a the young lady who's receiving it very happy.

This bike is a great value. I had to tune the brakes and the derailleurs out of the box, but that's to be expected. My daughter loves the look and the ride.

I had seen this bike over a year ago and I loved the simple pink and black design. I finally caved and purchased the bike because 1. It was a pretty bike . & 2.I'm a petite woman , standing at 4'10", and the 24" was the best fit. The bike has the easy set seat so that makes it easy for my nieces to adjust and ride it too. It was simple to assemble and it was packaged well so there were no scratches or dents. I've always loved mongoose bikes and I'm happy that they are more affordable these days.

My daughter loves this bike! She is able to carry it out the house down 4 stairs with no problems! Bought it online and picked it up the next day! Easy transaction and even better it was already put together

Jury is still out on this. It arrived in time and looks great but the front break was malfunctioning straight out of the box. The daughter this was purchased for has yet to ride it...maybe this this week after it comes back from the bike repair shop!

Recently purchased this bike for the 2nd time and again the back tire is really bent. The back tire was poking through the box. Also, the seat was ripped. (1st one was also ripped) Returning it AGAIN and now getting a different brand.

Wish I could 0 stars. Came rusty and didn't work at all. So disappointed in Mongoose and Walmart ! DO NOT waste time or money. We got shipped to store and it was scratched and in bad condition.

This bike arrived and I was so excited to ride it! The colors are beautiful and the actual bike looked great. Followed every instruction to put it together and it took a good 20 min to a half hour. Rode off for the first ride and BOOM-the shimano rear derailleur just popped off when I switched the gears! I emailed Mongoose and sent them a FaceBook message and I have not heard back so it's just not worth the wait!! Returning this bike ASAP!
