Mongoose Legion L80 Freestyle BMX Bike, 20-Inch Wheels, Ages 8 and up, Red

Bought the bike for my 11 year old for Christmas and he loves it. He says it's lighter then others he has had and it's easier to do tricks with it. So far it has held up to him riding it everywhere and putting it through/treating it the way kids treat stuff.

Descent bike for what it is. I put a different fork and compression bolt on it, so I could put on a gyro. I added a front brake and some pegs as well. It's for my stepdaughter, and she loves it. The tires that came with it rubbed the frame, so I had to get new skinner ones. There is a few spots where the paint is scratched, and the protective cardboard was stuck to the clear coat. That caused some rough spots in the clear coat that won't come out, unless I sand it. But all in all, it's a good bike.

Easy assembly by tightening the next stem seat, front wheel and pedals.The bike is extremely solid.And we're very happy with the quality.The bike is also extremely light.Overall, ten out of ten would definitely buy again.And now my youngest is jealous.

I love my L80...I'm 49 can't bunnyhop like I used to but even in this cold winter Ohio weather I ride my L80 daily and love this bike,she even sleeps in my room with me, thanks mongoose for keeping the BMX tradition going...just don't settle for mass retail and stick with quality products...also the employee's in China that put the L80 together did a fantastic job,the welds are beautiful.

I chose the delivery option because of the date, however, after the purchase the date changed, I reached out to change it to pick up but somehow the delivery date changed again and was only 1 day after my sons birthday.

My son absolutely loves his new Mongoose BMX bike! It was surprisingly easy to assemble, and we were impressed with the quality. It's a fantastic bike for kids who are just getting into freestyle BMX.

For a Christmas gift. I looked in the box and made sure everything looked ok, but won't have them assembled until December. The bike looked beautiful l, so I hope it rides beautifully too!

It was awesome getting a brand new Mongoose. I loved these when I was younger. So I decided get one while I can still ride. I'm 57 and it feels great getting on this awesome bike. I highly recommend this bike

Unfortunately I received a defective bike. I even took it to a bike shop to confirm the seat post is broken. I wish I had bought a bike from a brick and mortar retailer where returns and exchanges are easy if you have a problem. I'm really disappointed since now I won't have a bike in time for my son's 13th birthday.

Simple assembly. Packing material wrapped around the bike adhered to the frame in several places that distorted the color of the bike. Contacted seller they recommended nail polish or taking to an auto body shop. Ha! Not a chance. I could live with a small scratch, like the pre scratched handlebars. This is all over.
