Came Damaged, No Response from the Seller
I purchased two Mongoose bikes for my kids for Christmas. Both bikes came with damages spokes on one of the wheels. I contacted the seller for both bikes. My son's bike was addressed and they sent out a new wheel. However, I have tried three times to get in touch with the seller for this bike to no avail. No response from them or from WalMart. The bike is unusable out of the box, as the tire is out of round and at this point, I need to just go buy a new tire. Its been months and months of trying. Waste of money. Never again.
