Everything was easy to assemble except the handle bars. Maybe include stickers to follow.

mongoose requested that the acolyte derailluers be custom for this trim. its an acolyte derailleur with an advent true styles switched clutch, not spring lock! pleasantly suprised with that smallndetail.

This bike rocks, super stable riding/ one of the quietest 29er bikes I've ridden /Smooth shifting %26 everything is secure and well put together. I'd highly recommend the Switchback Expert for this price $$$

Completely satisfied. Hydraulic brakes, small frond chainring, good tires. All for $500! Absolutely worth it

don't even waste ur money, they will send u the basic model at the premium price even when it's on sale. it's a scam. now my money, more than $500 of my hard earned money is tied up for the next month and I still don't have the bike I been waiting on. like the one they sent I don't even want let alone settle for at more than 100$ what it's even worth!!! I knew I was going to be disappointed, that's why it took me 2 years to do it. thanks for proving me right. smh

First of all, I ordered the mongoose switchback expert, but I received a mongoose switchback comp, which is the least expensive and cheapest trash version of that bike. This company didn't even bother to read their orders on their queue and they haven't responded to my multiple emails that I sent them after I received the wrong bike that I waited for 10 days for FedEx to deliver it. I was so upset when I opened the box and found out that they sent me the wrong bike, I had to go through all the hassle of returning it taking it back to my nearest Walmart now I'm waiting on seven more days for the return of my money to go back to my account and I still haven't received any reply from the company in regards to their disgusting work ethics and unsatisfactory customer service I will never buy again from this ridiculous place. I don't understand how someone like that can call themselves a business. Zero stars
