I bought this as help while recovering from knee surgery. It fits perfectly to the height of my couch and allows storage of snack box, pillows and blankets. So while I am confined to the couch - it doesn't look a mess during the days. It's strong enough that I can sit on it while transitioning to standing. Well worth the price. Also - came fully assembled - my husband just had to put the feet on it.

The color is true black. We have a white dog that sheds. Vacuuming this fabric is a breeze. I didn't add the legs which gave me the perfect height. Not too heavy to move around. I'd purchase again.

I purchased this through Walmart but upon it arriving the box was already ripped into(like it was Christmas morning). the ottoman was taken out of its plastic protective cover it had been slashed by a box cutter and then the Amazon receipt for the previous owner was inside the box. *hypothetically* If I go shopping and I find a gallon of milk on a random shelf I would not buy it nor would I put it back on the shelf to be bought... but hey I'm just a customer!! YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!

It looks nice in the photo, but it is a low quality product. Inside it is dusty and has a strong smell of paint or other chemical. I do not recommend this product.
