Awesome chair. Quality is great. Stitching is tight. Chair pillows are comfortable. Adjustable straps needed to be adjusted,( light work.) Chair arms hinges are nice touch too. Feels nice to the touch. Very comfortable so far. Thick seat padding. Will get seat covers and additional seat cushion just to be on the safe side. Looks just like the expensive ones ( like buying a Lexus is nothing but an expensive Toyota. What's the point..?) Overall Excellent quality, however, will give update after 6 months...

I love the chair, nothing wrong with it. He says this when they show him having the wheels get caught easily on anything, and then I have to for some get up and push the chair to my desk.

It's a great chair and looks super cute the only thing is that I find it a bit stiff like it doesn't recline as much as I'd like it to. Overall it was a good buy.

The chair is not very comfortable, especially for prolonged sitting.

Was going to return chair but needed it for WFH and it was too much work bringing it into the store with my back issue. Don't buy!!!! the arm support don't buy the arm support it's terrible. The holes where the armhole rest go is cricket and constantly falling down and they're pretty loose. The wheels aren't that great on carpet. The leg support isn't made with a lot of support

The price that I got it for was nice however, when I assembled the chair and started to use ti the arms decided that they were going to be super loose. The bolts are in tight, and also not to mention that it feels like the back rest it going to break. The bolts also came stripped, so I am unable to tighten the arms now. I bought this product in January, but I was instructed by Walmart to contact the manufacture and they have yet to help me out with anything. I work from home, and I have to use my partner's chair because I can not use this one.
