Yes, I would recommend this. I have a very small. Yes I would recommend this harness. It's very nice quality. I have a very small dog 2 pounds and it's nice and lightweight fits well and will be able to expand it once he grows a little bigger, very pleased with it.

neck is way too high, it looks like you are choking your dog. the belly strap is hard to put on
