Orgeat syrup for cocktails
Tastes good and makes a decent enough Mai Tai. It doesn't have a lot of unholy chemicals in it: just three ingredients... sugar, water, and almond flavor. It does what I need it to do.

Off color and taste
The expiration date was good but the syrup had changed color probably due to exposure to heat. I opened to taste it and it had an off taste. I have bought through Monin multiple times so I knew what it should look and taste like

not very good
I do not care for this brand of syrup. I've tried a couple flavors in this brand and they just are not very good. I think the Torani syrups are much better. This one has kind of a "medicinal"? almond flavor and it is also very weak so you have to use quite a bit to get any flavor at all, and then its not very good anyway.

I didn't like the taste of this and today decided rather than letting it go to waste I'd take it to work. When I noticed it expired 7/2025, I didn't purchase it till September 2025. I'm wondering now if that's why I didn't like the flavor
