Monopoly Builder Board Game, Board Games for Kids and Adults

Played this game with my 7-year-old granddaughter. She loved it. It was challenging and fun at the same time. Monopoly has come a long way since I was a child. Very innovative and fun to play with the whole family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son really liked this one. Comes with removable sheild. And there is a button in the back that lifts the canon covers on the front. Very solid built, and is rated 4+. My only issue is that it's a little difficult to balance it when you pose it. But overall it's a very nice one.

It has a very nice shield. My son has had a lot of fun with this toy. I recommend it for anyone who loves Captain America as well as my son.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was always playing Monopoly growing up. I loved it so much. It was my favorite game and my sister‘s favorite game was life. We ended up playing Monopoly so much that my sister will no longer play Monopoly with me. Luckily my nephews love the game and we all enjoyed this new take on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are big fans of board games so we were super excited to play this new version of Monopoly. This is your basic Monopoly in which you travel around the board making money and buying properties but with some added twists. In this version you are also collecting resources that you use to build towers. The game ends when someone builds the penthouse on top of their 4 story tower. Then everyone adds up their points for their towers and properties and the person with the most points wins the game.There are lots of ways to get resources and it is fun to build your towers. There are a lot of rules and it can be a little confusing at first but once you get it figured out and get used to it, it is actually super easy and so much fun. Plus the tokens in this game are so cute! This is definitely a great choice for your next game night!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kid absolutely fell in love with the Captain America Monster from Hasbro he knew exactly who it was and it is so well built and high quality I don't have to worry about him breaking it or getting hurt by a toy I definitely recommend this for anybody that's got a kid who loves Captain America

Our new preferred game. Grandkids (8, 10 and 13) love it. Can make a short game with one building or play for points and multiple buildings and penthouse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Monopoly Builder is a fun twist on the traditional Monopoly game that most are familiar with. I will admit that it was a bit confusing for me at first, as there are so many different rules and moves to make with each turn. The game is aimed towards individuals over the age of 8, but even as a grown adult it took me multiple reads through the instructions to get a general idea of the game. The basic premise is that as you move around the game board you retrieve resources (dump truck, crane, excavator and boat) and once you have the correct amount of resources needed, as indicated on your player card, you are then able to build a floor of your building. Once you build up 4 floors, the last step is building the penthouse, which then ends the game, and requires the players to add up their points earned. The player with the most points is the winner. There are many opportunities throughout the game to earn additional resources. We seemed to earn the most from buying properties and collecting resources when a dice roll equaled a number on our card or a 6, which allows all players to retrieve 2 building resources that match the color on their token card. You can also earn by landing on a resource space on the game board, or by pulling a chance card. Even though this is a very different game, there are still many of the same traditional elements of Monopoly including quirky game pieces, buying properties and acquiring rent, being sent to jail, obtaining $ when passing Go and pulling chance cards. I played with my son and it took us both a few rounds to really get a feel of the game and get the rules to stick in our head. With each game we played we enjoyed it more and more, so I definitely recommend not giving up after 1 game if you're feeling confused. The game and it's pieces are really well made, although our token cards were cut off at the top, which is shown in one of my photos. I liked that they include a holder for the money and the resources pieces as well. Overall, even though it might take a few rounds to get a hang of the game, I definitely recommend giving it a go and I look forward to the next round of building!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hasbro Gaming - Monopoly Builder is easy enough for younger kids, think mid elementary, to play but still fun enough as an adult I enjoyed it as did my 3 teenagers the rules are mostly clear. The not so great part of the game is it is only 4 player so only part of my kids can at at a time and that the buildings don't snap onto the board it measly just sits there and they fall over if your board gets bumped or shaken, the little slots that are for the buildings seem like they should hold the buildings better than they do. Overall it's a fun fame that we will play over and over
