Just as advertised, work perfectly.

The heft of this cable is a little better than what you get at the big box retailers, much better than the generic cables from amzn and others. My high rating comes from the fact that it's so solid, stays put, has a strong feeling of quality ... and the Price. This is where I'll be ordering all my cable supplies from now on.

Found myself needing an optical cable and looked no further than Monoprice. They had exactly what I needed and I even ordered more than I needed to have on-hand for some other applications. Cables were packaged carefully, seem to be well-built, and a bright flashlight shown through from one end to the other indicating nothing broken. For the price it is hard to go wrong here.

It works as I expected it would. The sound of using the Coax output from my CD player to my DAC vs. using the RCA outputs (and internal DAC on the CD player) is a major improvement and easily heard.

The optical cable works great. I easily attached it to my Denon receiver, but I had some trouble attaching to my TCL Roku TV. I don't know if the issue was the cable or the TV itself, but I finally was able to push it in. No problems since then.

It's a cable and it has worked for a day. Reach out to me in a year see if its still working.

When I moved the cable around it made static noises. Shouldn't be a problem in normal use, though.

The cable will not click into my toslink connector on Citation 5.0 per amp surround processor. It does fit the tv connector as well as my xbox...but crazily will not click/ snap into the Citation and thus falls out. Submitting for a refund. Hopefully another brand or more expensive Mono Price toslink wont have this problem!
