Monster Alpha 5.0 LED Mechanical Gaming Keyboard, RGB Backlit Keys, Anti-Ghosting, Programmable Lighting, Magnetic Palm Rest for PC Gaming

I like this keyboard, it looks very solid, durable, heavy a bit, but, I prefer interpret it as advantage. Back-light is perfect, I spent a lot of time enjoying it. I gotta say, this is probably one of the best keyboards I have owned so far. The build quality is excellent. The colors glow are intense and clearly visible even under the high-intensity interrogation style lighting they use at my office home . And the ominous red glow looks amazing, it fits my offensive IT role perfectly. The keys themselves are beautifully designed, I love the font, it's not your typical boring look. This thing says I break all the rule. The manufacture did a good job on an excellent product! Play game will be more fun with this keyboard. My daughter uses this keyboard, we both love it. I highly recommend it.

This keyboard is my smile when i have to use a desktop. It is so much more enjoyable to stay stationary when i can look at these colors. You can program it to be any color you want or multiple colors. Thete are even different patterns. Super easy to use and program what you want it to do.

I can't say for sure how much faster response time this gaming mechanical keyboard it over a non gaming Logitech wireless keyboard (both 2.5Ghz or Bluetooth), but I like it and it seems to offer better response time in FPS games. The LED color lighting is great using the Monster Software, I have set the key lighting for WASD lighting. Overall I am impressed with this keyboard. My only gripe is that the keyboard is loud. The magnetic hand rest is a great idea, and it pretty comfortable coming from the Logitech Ergo K860 keyboard (which I still use). The layout if fine, but I am used to the K860 so I keep HITTING THE CAPS LOCK.

I am still getting used to the keys on this thing. The typing is quite noisy so if you don't mind that then go for it. It is well built and there is a wide variety of color options available without loading their app. Love the palm rest which magnetically attaches to the keyboard.

I'm loving the Monster Alpha Gaming keyboard. I actually use it for more of an everyday use kind of thing and it works great for that as well. I love how it lights up in all different fun colors. The keys work well and are very responsive. It was easy to setup out of the box. I just plugged it right into my computer and it recognized it right away and started working. The palm rest is nice and makes it much more comfortable for typing. Overall, it has worked great for me.

Love this Monster Alpha 5.0 gaming keyboard. Got this for my brother that has disabilities (mental and physical) and he knows how to use it without any help from anyone. He just loves the lights and easy buttons to play music and whatnot. The RGB looks good without being distractive. It has standard fonts for all the letters. The keyboard has a magnetic wrist rest that is very comfortable. Easy volume control is a bonus. The cable is braided cable, not a cheap cable. Monster keyboard is well made and a great product!

Besides the amazing lights, this gaming keyboard is so functional, it's amazing. I love the anti-ghosting technology, since The wrist rest is magnetic, so is easily detachable, but it's super comfortable in place! The control knob is in a great location and easy to use. The mechanical keys have a nice feel and sound so you know you're hitting the keys, Excellent quality!

I absolutely love this keyboard! The keys are pretty high, which I prefer, most keyboards now are really low profile keys. The lights are nice and bright but I love that you can change the brightness with the dial right on the keyboard.this would make a perfect gift for any PC gamer. I spent 15 years playing PC games and by far this is my favorite keyboard.

Linear keys are very smooth but also a bit scratchy if that matters to you. The switching between RGB modes is very simple and easy to get to, I didn't use their special software as I've only ever needed to simply see the keys in the dark. The magnetic palm rest was a welcome surprise to see but I like that the magnets are just enough to keep it there if you want it and not ruthlessly enforce precisely where the palm rest goes.

I ordered the Monster Alpha 5.0 LED Mechanical Gaming Keyboard for a new gaming rig I built. The keyboard is designed nicely and comes with a magnetic palm rest. The keyboard also has some weight to it making it feel solid and durable. You have to download the software from their website which allows you three custom profiles. The instructions for changing the colors are pretty easy but trying to figure out how to have solid colors took a little time to figure out. The five gaming LED modes are a nice feature as well... just the set of keys you use light up. The software is pretty easy to use setting up keys. I'm a big fan for mechanical keyboards and the Monster Alpha 5.0 is very responsive and works well with my games. One thing that this keyboard is lacking though would be there are no built in USB ports. My gaming tower is in a cabinet and I use a wireless mouse. On my older keyboards, I used the built in USB ports for my mouse receiver. Its not a deal breaker but every gaming keyboard I've owned had USB ports... guess I could get a new wired Monster gaming mouse. This may be a software issue but the multimedia keys do not work on the keyboard. Overall, nice keyboard for gaming. Hope there is an update soon to fix the multimedia keys.
