I received this product for free in exchange for an honest unbiased review. This is an amazing gaming mouse. It's the right size even though I have tiny hands. I can reach all the buttons and don't get hand cramps. It has a nice shape and easy grip. The colors are nice as well and the design is stylish but not too flashy. It looks great with my gaming headphones and laptop. I love that the buttons are customizable and it comes with LED lighting for when I'm going in the dark at 2am.. Would buy again and recommend to anyone in need of a gaming mouse.

Incredible item, a little bigger than the usual size, but fit my hand comfortably!It has grips on the side for a good grip and control! It is optical and glides smoothly on mousepad! It is programmable, comes with different buttons to customize effects and you can d/l software to customize effects! It lights up which is a nice thing and adds color! It is a good mid level gaming mouse and works fine with my system!

I like the mighty monster mouse with all the great color to it. I am still trying to figure out all the software but so far it is doing great for my gaming. I wish it would be wireless then I could switch it to both my laptop and my desktop when I am gaming. Overall it fits nicely in my hand and like I said the colors and functionality is superb. The Monster Alpha 9.0 wired gaming mouse turned out to be a great performer. It arrived packaged well. No damage. It was very easy to unbox. I laid it on a flat surface to feel what it was like to hold it. I must say it's pretty comfortable for large hands. The shape reminds me of my Razer Naga Trinity. The shell of the mouse does not feel flimsy or cheap. The weight feels fine. The long braided usb wire glides over things very well. The DPI and Profile switches are on the bottom of the mouse. I have mine on the first profile setting. Just because I have not had it that long. And I have the DPI on the second notch. Sorry. Away from gaming computer and writing this at work. The RGB lights look ok if you are into that. I prefer fit/feel and function over looks myself. The left and right clickers have a nice feel. The programmable side buttons are well placed and easy to use mid game. In my humble opinion. If you want something better than a $20 dollar wired mouse for gaming, but you don't want to overly spend on a overpriced just because of name mouse. And you have somewhat large to large hands. Try the Monster. I found it comfortable to use and it performed great for me.

This is the best mouse ive ever used for gaming! So many great features. I really like the switches on the bottom rather than buttons. It has a heftier feel in your hand. Its very responsive. The pointer goes right where you direct it to go. You can use it without installing software. The software does enhance its performance..but nice that you can just plug it and its ready to go! The scroll wheel has tread for better control. The buttons are comfortably placed, not too much of a reach..that can be a distraction. The programmable lighting is cool! All in all a great mouse! I highly recommend!

The Monster wired gaming mouse arrived in a slightly larger brown cardboard shipping box than the manufactured box. It was taped and well secured for delivery. The product box is mainly black and red in color. The front of the box has a photo of the mouse with great detail. The sides and back of the box describe the features and requirements to run the mouse. This mouse can only operate on PC's not available for Mac users. It comes with a user manual that gives step by step on how to program and customize the mouse. Since this is a wired mouse there is a nylon cable that has enough length and strength so it doesn't get snagged or the need to aggressively pull to play a game. It's a little bit bigger than a standard mouse. The mouse has an ergonomic design and seems comfortable using it on long game sessions. It fits perfectly in the palm curve of the dominant right hand. It is made of high quality black plastic and has a very modern look. I got a new mouse pad so it glides real smooth. The LED lighting (R) red, (G) green and (B) blue tracking seems accurate with no sudden or random movements. Because it is an optical sensor mouse it doesn't have any moving parts, so cleaning is not an issue. To download the software go to monstergamingusa.com they also offer other gaming products and soon will have a new line of products available. It has a limited lifetime warranty. This mouse would make a great gift for anyone who likes to play online games, this mouse is made in China.

The Monster Alpha Gaming Mouse is a must for computer gamers. It was easy to install. You can customize the buttons for how you like to play. You have three different profiles to choose from. There are color-changing lights. There are four options of sensitivity. It feels good in your hand with the ergonomic design.

Now that my computer is up and running I was finally able to use this mouse and I'm in love. It handles wonderfully and is very responsive. I have not used the extra buttons on the side but once I start playing wow again it will be a game changer. Love the lights to.

As a MMOer (Rift, Age of Conan and GW2) this mouse just does not have enough buttons for me, my current mouse has 12 side buttons of which I use all of them for 2 of the 3 games I play. I will say it felt good in my hand, just a little long. For FPS I think this would be amazing. I love the color changing. Reaction is fine. I am still unsure of the side buttons feeling off but I have used the same type of gaming mouse for years. For an mmoer, I'd say don't get it but for all other gaming and uses, it's perfect.

Overall, this is a good mid-level gaming mouse but not quite what it's hyped up to be. First, the cons: even though it says on the box that the software is included, it is not. You must go to an unsecure website and download an unsecured file to be able to use all the functions. Without the software, the mouse is just a mouse with settings you can change in windows. Also, it's not weighted and it drags if you don't have a mouse pad. The change dpi button is on the bottom of mouse instead of being next to the wheel. Now the pros: with the software download you can increase dpi and assign a dpi + or - on thumb buttons (but it takes away those buttons to use for macro). I do like the option given for the thumb buttons. Having two bigger buttons or 5 smaller buttons is nice. Overall I wouldn't recommend this mouse at the current price point. There are easier gaming mice to setup with more options for cheaper.
