The Monster Basics Indoor LED Light Strip are very nice, easy to use remote control has several different setting and holiday color coordination setting are a plus. After a few days the lights did start to fall off the back of my tv.

The adhesive is the worst, yes I wiped the back edge of my tv with alcohol first. Dont want to stick to my Visio. Definitely cool tho. The America red white and blue set to respond to music is a nice touch also so is the Halloween theme. I love it, I didn't mind adding thin double sided tape to keep me up.

I miss the regular ol' backlights where the color settings would stay set even when powering off the tv. These do not keep the color you select, they go to random multi color every time and it's kind of a pain to change it with the remote as you have to push the button many times.. I was expecting the basic lighting I purchased in the past. The color selection on these is cool,, but it's almost too much for me. Let me choose one color and let it stay that way until I change it. My experience with these is NOT that.

From the moment I set up the lights the remote only controlled the first few feet of the lights and the rest was multiple colors. Because the remote only controls a small section of the lights the rest can't be changed or turned off and random lights flicker. I must have received a faulty set because I've bought dozens of led light strips and these are horrible even compared to much cheaper sets I've bought in the past.

Not happy with this purchase. After properly cleaning the back of tv with alcohol they did not adhere well and fell off. I had to purchase double sided tape to attach. Once on the lights were constantly changing.

Got a shorter version of this. 6.5 foot and it was fine. So I ordered a 13 foot and the color of the lights closer to where it's plugged in or a nice bright white like it's supposed to be but the colors of the end are yellow. Then trying to pull off the paper backing, the entire sticky back pulled off of the lights. Thank goodness I have my own double sided sticky tape to secure it. I am not happy with this product but it's too late to send it back because it's already installed

They stopped working halfway through need to return and get another pair for replacement
