regretted having to return - bad battery
returned: worked well, connected quickly but the unit would say "low battery" after 1 hour. seemed good quality but the battery was faulty. I tried several chargers and locations but no difference the message after one hour was low battery and then shut down

Monster disappointment.
Description suggested these would have good bass and sound. Not true. No better than most of the others I have tried. Blue tooth connection is not strong or consistent. Constantly dropping from the connected device. Controls are difficult to locate on the ear pieces and the promised app is non existent. Not the quality or technology I expect from Monster.

Defective %26 no replacement
This is defective, and yet despite the Monster name I'm having an issue with a replacement. Walmart won't send a replacement (only a refund, so buying new wont match the sale when I bought) but after contacting the manufacturer they said it was "another division of Monster" who sells these, as if their same name (and website that shows the same headphones) isn't the same company, so I'm being tossed around now. I had assumed Monster was a quality name before. I was clearly wrong.
