Fabulous doll
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves her Frankie Stein doll. She has spent hours dressing her and playing with her and her pet. All of the new range are great looking dolls. They are well made vibrant and fun to play with.

It was good quality, did not come broken or defective, and was cheaper with Walmart . Shipping was great too. Y'all somehow managed to get it across the country in like 3 days,

Great toy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My young daughter loves watching the programme and was very happy to get this toy doll as a surprise. She loves playing with it and gesticulating with the range of movement the dolls has. My only advice, don't let them remove the clothes as they are an absolute pain to get back on!

Quality.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are fantastic, excellent quality. The art work on them is so beautiful. I like the unique theme of these, not a generic barbie, but a monster beautiful doll. It comes with a few accessories and you can swop the clothes. I actually gave these to my son aged 5 and he enjoyed playing with it for a while.

Love this doll !! there new look in this generation is amazing I had so much fun with it this doll and I’m glad monster high is back in stores .

Defect on doll
I was super excited to get Frankie. However by the time i had unboxed them i realised they had one larger eye than the other. It looks odd but i couldn't return something i had already unboxed them. I advice people to check the doll carefully before unboxing

Bad misplacement
I have never been so disappointed in a doll. I rushed home to find that my dolls eyes were practically on their forehead! I understand that some wonk can occur but this was so upsetting.

Damaged Box!!
I was trying to go through the process to return this, but wasn't ever acknowledged. The doll came in a damaged box. It literally looked like someone had returned it. It was taped together with smashed in cardboard. They only shipped it in a bag with no padding as well. Not worth the purchase if you are an in-box collector!
