beautiful doll, no complaints about mattel, but I have complaints about the store employee. This doll was delivered to me on December 28, 2024, I took it on sale. And on January 8, 2025, I decided to buy Claudine Wolfe to promote from the same collection. I ordered online, two hours later I receive an SMS saying that your order has been substituted by another and I saw that they sold me Draculaura again and at the same time took additional money from my credit cards, more expensive than I bought it the first time, because there is no promotions .How is this possible? It's unpleasant! why did they decide what kind of dolls I need, without my participation…

These dolls and their accessories are so pretty! They are so much fun to pay with and even just look at! Definitely get yourself one, two or all of them!

this version of Draculaura has a more minimal makeup design which is nice, showing her cute face better. otherwise the doll is like the rest of the gen3 monster high dolls, good quality and aesthetically satisfying.

Because the product was on sale, the price was satisfactory. Regular price is ridiculous. The quality is as good as top brands like Barbie. The best thing though is the service offered by the employees at this store. They are so fast and polite! They don't get enough praise for the convenience they give to the customers.

Although I love what I got, the neon frights Draculaura doll, it is not what I ordered and that is a bit disappointing.

The packaging was ripped and was missing in some places. I paid $24 for it and it was damaged.
