Monster High x Wednesday Collectible Doll, Morticia Addams in Black Velvet Dress

Gorgeous Monster High doll for Morticia. I did not get the two pack and when I saw this one coming out solo of Morticia, I had to have it to go with my other Wednesday dolls.

The item was priced lower on the Walmart site than on the Mattel site. Also the shipping was outrageous on Mattel's site and was free on Walmart's site.

Day after day looking for this item in stores. And be told that it wasnt sold in stores by different Walmart in my area. Which wasn't correct. They were sold in the stores. I found it a store 1 and hrs away. I was willing to order online to pick up. Confirmed with the store they had 5 at the time. Took me several attempts to finally order it. Next day I make the drive. Only to get there employee hands me it and the box is completely damaged. This item is a collectors item. So the box being damage is unexpectable. The employee did go see if there was another one to switch out with and all others were already sold. Called customer service. The gentleman only choice he gave me was to return it and get refund. I asked if they could have one shipped to a store once arrived I would be able to switch it out. He said no. This was a gift. And I wanted to be able to give it to the person within a few days. If I ordered it to be shipped it would take weeks. Walmart has to do better. And for the price with tax was $48.94. Nothing much too it. So a little over priced considering that the 1st batch of dolls were $25.00 for this set.

Walmart was silly enough to send a collector's doll in a paper bag to ship, so the doll packaging is broken, which now makes the doll worthless, unless you want to play with it. So I would think twice before ordering. I purchased it again hoping that someone puts it in a box like the first two were that I have purchased from Walmart.
