We ordered 2 sets of the lights. One is non-working and we have been working with the company for a replacement and they keep giving us the run around. We have done everything they request and have sent the non-working set back on June 12th but still have not been sent the replacement set.
Would not connect to my phone. Tried to contact support. Waited on hold for 15 minutes. Left a message to be called back and they never called me back.
Despite having my original receipt, I have been having a hard time getting these replaced by the manufacturer. I guess they wanted me to keep the original box which I can’t do for every product I own, so I didn’t keep the original box, but I have the receipt and I have the pamphlet with the scan QR Code. I hope this is enough to get these replaced and I hope I can come back and update this review and give more stars if they follow through and make this right. all as I want as a new set so I can see to walk to my car in the morning because when they worked, they were very nice
