Monster Smart 24ft Pathway Lights, Multicolor LED Lights for Outdoor Walkways & Garden, App & Voice Control

I was hesitant to buy these lights from the mix reviews and I'm glad I did. Now the most important step for having success with the app and set up is simple. Make sure you connect to the app with the lights inside and near your Wi-Fi router. If i had done that from the beginning I would have saved me so much time. I almost gave up and returned them. Once you set up the app everything is easy. I was able to set up the color I wanted to match my permanent lights outside. I absolutely love the look and more than anything knowing they will definitely work longer than any solar lithts. Do yourself a favor and buy them because your garden will look amazing!

I'm genuinely amazed! I thought they'd be the same as every other light that you can change colors. I was wrong! I bought the first pack and then I went and got 4 more! I'm addicted…

Must grab these and try for yourself and yard they're amazing I seen em in someone else's yard and grabbed for myself might have to go back and grab another set ?

The lights can be white or multicolor & can be sound activated. The app is easy to use. I just wish these were rechargeable instead of having to be hard wired

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lights are not at bright as I expected, but they have a decent color range. My favorite is the purple. It was fairly easy to put them together, you just line the connectors up. The control app is convenient and you can customize the lights to where they're each a different color, all the same color, or even two of one color and two of another. There are only 4 lights total, so you would more than one set for a long walkway or longer flower bed. It's fine for my short walkway.

I specifically purchased 3 sets of the pathway lights because they are powered by electricity. I have had issues with solar powered lights due to them crapping out or the area not getting enough sun. I also wanted this set to change the colors to match the season/holiday. The lights well are easy to set up and are beautiful. So why the “meh” review? First, the color pallet available is extremely limited. There are 12 total colors and you are able to have shades of those colors. My main gripe about the color pallet is that there no browns, dark greens, dark reds, etc. Second, when lighted, the orange looks yellow and the yellow looks like lime green. Lastly, the instructions provide a QR code to scan to extend the one year warranty by an additional year. When I attempted to register for the additional year, I clicked on the submit button and nothing happened. I contacted the customer service email address to confirm that the warranty extension was received. I went back and forth providing information that seemed unnecessary for a warranty (i.e. Are you using an Android or Apple iOS mobile device? What is the software version of the mobile device? Please provide me with the iOS or Android software version. What Monster App are you currently using with this device, Monster Smart or Monster Smart Lighting?). When they asked me “Please list the permissions you have enabled,” I told them I didn't know what they were asking for and directed me to call the customer service. The customer service phone number didn't have an option for general questions so I just hit the selection for warranty claims. The rep was nice and put in a ticket for my issue but I'm still not sure if this has been handled properly. I primarily bought these lights for points 1 and 2 but my issues with the extended warranty really annoys me. If anyone were to ask if I would purchase these again, I would definitely let them know my disappointment with points 2 and 3!

The instructions indicate that you can connect up to 12 lights. However, when I attempted to add an additional set, I encountered difficulties while setting it up in the app. Additionally, I noticed that whenever a set of lights turned off, you have to reset one set at a time which is an inconvenience as we are prone to power outages in the area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lights were decent. Did not enjoy they were on a string at all. We prefer individual lights to control spacing installation was fairly simple. Customization was nonexistence. Durability seems ok. .

Out of 4 lights, we can only get one to turn on. Remote does not seem to work and the wired controller only turns on one light. Cannot pair because we can't get into pairing mode.
