As soon as I received it and felt the weight I was convinced. It is made with good hardware. The instructions were easy to understand. I am totally satisfied.

This is superior quality and very easy to install. I will be storing a lot of heavy camping equipment and have no doubt it will be able to hold it with ease .

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This is a really good sized storage rack for our garage and much needed . I actually am so glad it's white because wanted it to blend it per say so appearance wise it's nice. so yes there is a downside that it's missing the screws . it arrived with the metal tracks and large piece but no actual screws , nuts , bolts etc. so installation we had to use our own parts which isn't ideal if we didn't already own everything ( which we did ) overall got it installed . Looks great .

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. The rails are very heavy and sturdy. There are no directions or hardware that come with it. Also there is no rack as pictured in the advertisement. I must have assumed that it came with a rack. The rails are very strong.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Unfortunately, this product is incomplete and the photos are deceiving. I thought I purchased the whole garage rack, but it is only the railing that arrived. The railing does look sturdy but it's useless without the rest of the pieces. There is no bottom piece/shelf, no hooks for bicycle. There is no mention in the description that some hardware is going to be missing. There are no instructions anywhere in the box. Where do I purchase the rest of this product? Rather disappointing, even when discounted.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I was excited to build this shelf and organize my garage. However, it turned out to be a bad experience. I expected to receive all the parts that picture shows on the Walmart website... I was shocked when I found out that there are missing parts. Even the instructions show all of the necessary parts but isn't clear about the additional parts the user need to buy. Naturally, one would assume that everything needed would be included in the box. Basically, you can't assemble this shelf and attach on the ceiling right away when you receive the box; you have to purchase the brackets that attach to the ceiling AND the ones that connect the shelves to those brackets separately. Since I was confused by the missing parts, I made a phone call to the customer service, but was left in call-waiting limbo for 10 min before giving up. Not sure what to do with this box since it's too heavy to carry by myself. I will keep calling to the customer support...
