Nice product. The black is difficult to keep clean, get some mineral oil. They do suggest this in user manual and works well. Cooks nice and even. Love the griddle plate addition which I got as gift from bbq guys. Happy with my purchase

We did A LOT of shopping around before selecting this grill island, and I'm so glad we did! We cannot imagine finding better quality and value for the money! This grill is simply gorgeous … very aesthetically pleasing while still offering top-notch features and functionality. It arrived earlier than promised - carefully packed, crated and 95% assembled - and once unpacked, is easy to move and quick to assemble. Every feature has been carefully thought through … from the black stainless exterior, to the very-cool LED lights on the knobs that change color to indicate a burner is on, to the ample in-grill lights that allow you to see well after dark, the stainless steel grates and infrared sear, to the leveling adjusters and casters, to the ample granite-topped work space, to the hooks to hang your cooking utensils, to the ability to easily expand your unit with other option sections such as sink, beverage refrigerator, side burner, etc. It's a thing of beauty that quickly becomes a dazzling key feature in your outdoor grill area! And the performance!!! NEVER have we had any grill that cooked so evenly and perfectly! Customer service from both BBQ Guys and Mont Alpi have been amazing when we had questions. Truly impressed … we looked at many other islands that cost 2-3x as much for a similar-sized island and grill surface but didn't have half the features, quality or positive reviews. Great ship; well packaged; great instructions

I'm enjoying my new barbecue, everything works great. Easy to start and clean when done. Very high quality. My only disappointment is that it has no DRAWERS, all the pictures I saw on line looked like it had drawers . I should have called and asked questions. So that is my fault. It would be nice if you sold a kit to put in drawers or offer as an option when ordering. Drawers are a big thing.

I received this grill 5 days ago and have used it several times already..grilled steaks, chicken and cedar plank salmon. Works and performs wonderfully! Only reason I only gave it 4 stars is nothing was recommended on the best way to remove the adhesive protective film. By pulling it off the black powder color was completely removed from the stainless steele.. it looks like I have a two tone color grill.

This is more or less a standard size grill with a very large countertop. Looks like it has drawers, but they are not and the S hooks do not stay on well. In the underneath storage areas there are Support bars so you can't actually put much of anything under there. The left side of the grill is much hotter than the right side of the grill and that is where the propane tank is located. if you do decide to purchase this, make sure you get a can of WD-40 because it requires this for cleaning the outside surface. Additionally, the cord for the rotisserie is short so you would need to ensure that you have a power source nearby. the grill is very heavy so you cannot move it from place to place easily. Assembly was not awful, but it does come in a few pieces within the crate.

Sometimes I leave the grill uncovered at night while it cools down. The problem is there's a 1/4" gap from between the closed hood base with no overhang. All the rain water that hits the top of the closed grill hood trickles down and into the grill and ultimately overflows the grease trap. This is such a horrible design with no weep holes or proper overhand outside the grill. Do not abuse this model.

When I got this grill I was really excited and thought it looked great. I grill year round and was so shocked the first time the burners kept blowing out in a 20 mph wind (coming from behind me when standing in front of the grill). The manufacturer said that it is only designed to work in 18 mph winds. WHAT?????? This is insanity and no, I can't rotate a built in based on the wind direction. Yesterday I learned it's even worse than that (per the pictures). With only a 5 mph wind from that direction the grill won't get above 300 degrees. This now makes it useless to me and performs worse than grills I've had that cost 1/5 the price. I've contacted the BBQ Guys to ask for a refund, only to be told it's not eligible for one because it's been used and I've had it a few months. I sure hope that this position changes as I've never had a retailer deny a return for something that has NEVER worked.
