I absolutely love goat cheese and this is one of the creamiest ones on the market. This piggy will eat it all. I have tried many brands including Kirkland signature which is a good comparison to say the least and this is side by side with that. Super duper recommended and tastes very good. Pair it with cranberry or use it to sandwich Doritos. It all is good.
Okay, let's be real, this isn't my first purchase from this company. I love this Wisconsin cheese maker. They really do make high quality products and I have yet to be disappointed. I have been traveling the country for 9+ months and this is really a treat. I would compare it to the quality of Costcos goat cheese, just not as large of quantity.
I love goat cheese and these Montchevre Plain crumbles did not disappoint. The 4 oz. container provides a good-sized portion for salads and incorporating into recipes. I appreciate how the sizes of the crumbles are not tiny but are small bite-sized pieces.
I love goat cheese but had only ever purchased it in log form, not crumbles. This was the perfect attention to veggie bowls I had for lunch. The flavor is good but not overpowering or too salty. These would be great to sprinkle on top of so many meals!
"Our cheese preference is mostly for plain cheese. Gold cheese is usually the most expensive, but I think it's the tastiest. I don't know why, but maybe because of the size, this wall is not expensive at all. I especially like cheese with honey and also in salad definitely it is going to be a great enhancement to the deliciousness of my food
The goat chews crumbles are delicious. They are light and melt in your mouth. The plain goat cheese allows you to mix with a number of different flavors and really elevated my salad. I can see a hundred other ways to use this product. I highly recommend trying it out.
I honestly did not like the product plain, but I did also try it on a cracker with homemade dandelion jam which was absolutely divine. I'm looking forward to putting it on my next fresh salad. I think that would also be so good. I definitely recommend giving this a try!
Montchevre is my go to brand for goat cheese. I love the flavor of the goat cheese. I like it plain to add a little tangy creaminess to my salads. The crumbles are a perfect addition to a salad. I also like the resealable container. The only con for me was the addition of cellulose to prevent caking.
I love goat cheese and I like this brand but whoever picked it and put it in my cart (because I did pick up through Walmart pickup) it was out of date by a month. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that until I became extremely sick and then went back through the food I had eaten and saw that the code date was a month out.
I don't know what this object is inside of the cheese but I'm not taking any chances on eating it :(
