Second Monument grill I purchased. The first lasted 4-5 years. Controls are very good and the built in thermometer makes it easy to get the job done. Searing side does a great job of sealing in the moisture so it doesn't dry out the meat. Side burner is handy for boiling corn on the cob.

Best grill I've ever owned SO FAR . We'll have to wait n see how it holds up . What this grill does BETTER than any grill I've had is that it cooks so precisely, no flare ups , no uneven heat ,venting is great . I'm convinced you could bake a loaf of bread on this thing just like it's in ur oven . I really really hope this things components don't rust out in a year just like every grill these days seems to because I really love the product and I got the blue grill and I absolutely love the look of it too , it's a beautiful blue

Two years ago while living in Europe I purchased an almost identical grill branded ROSLE a german brand in Europe First thing I did when returning to the US was to get the Monument Grill. Best way to clean the grates is with Scrub BBQ Daddy. Good value. Forever hooked on a grill with window.

We didn't know how much we needed a new grill until our Monument Grill arrived. It's top notch in every way. My husband loves the sear burner. Finally he isn't overcooking the steaks because the old one wasn't hot enough. It heats up fast and is definitely well built.

We think excellent quality and performance to date. The assembly was assisted with the videos. Have not used rotisserie yet. One negative was the back of the grill is half open; ie not fully covered with the stainless covering. Why was the grill constructed this way? This is not aesthetically pleasing to view through our patio doors so we had to adjust to a different section of the patio that is not really as convenient for us as we would like. Is there a piece available to fit in to cover this opening? I do not think we are the only ones with this issue from reading other reviews. Thank you.

I like the size of the grill and cooking space. I have only used it once so far but the meat came out nice. The only issue I had was with the instructions to connect the cooking control panel. I was a little confused at first as instructions dealt with connecting two wires but actually there were three wires to connect. At first I had an extra wire hanging from the control panel and it wasn't until I had to really look under the grilling area to find the third connector. Instructions on this should indicate connecting three wires.

After my Weber Genesis rusted out in less than 8 years I decided to go in a different direction. So far the Monument seems to be okay. The burners are much closer to the grates and the clearance between the grates and the top of the hood than what I was used to. It's easier to burn food and it may not be possible to cook a standing beer can chicken, we'll see. On the plus side the burners can really sear and put a crust on steaks and burgers. I cook outside all winter so we'll see how things go. (I have a cover so it is protected from rain and the coming snows. I suspect the thinner gauge hood will not hold heat as well in cold weather but again, we'll see.

Nice grill. Instructions a bit poor with the wiring, but not too hard to figure out. Sheet metal gauge is a bit thin. I don't think the bottom shell will hold up to corrosion because it is so thin and will be the weak point. I will need to monitor and address corrosion if I want it to last. The on/off button for the LEDs is hard to find. It's on the side panel with the knobs. You have to turn off or it drains the batteries.

I'm disappointed with my purchase. The side burner does not light with the ignition switch. That was right out of the box. I haven't investigated to find out what the problem is. The doors do not line up even with the adjustment. I still haven't received my grill cover and that's been weeks. I've grilled on it once since receiving it. I grilled a tuna steak, and I was surprised that it didn't seem to grill that hot, although I had it towards the front of the grill. Perhaps if next time I move it to the rear it will grill hotter.

Received the grill and assembled it, everything was included and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The infrared sear burner does not light and I've reached out to them but they have not resolved the issue and have quit communicating with me.
