I just want to say I'm a short 70-year-old woman and I was able to put this grill together. It may have took me 5 hours but it will give me years of joy. It is so well made and they thought of every convenience. LED blue dials grabs everybody's attention that's over for a barbecue. It is by far the best grill I've ever bought my entire life and I cannot recommend monument grills enough. I learned my lesson buying cheap grills at hardware stores. The shipping was great and you were honest that there would be a short delay. Communication is outstanding and I just can't think of any way you could improve your business. For the people who have never owned a monument grill, pull the trigger. It is an elevated experience not only on looks, performance and elevating the taste, it's a grill that can be maintained and cleaned with great ease. I always thought a grill was a grill turn on the propane cook and walk away. This grill redefines the word luxury on so many levels. Cooking is enjoyable and it's a great conversation piece for people to hang around while you're cooking. Great job monument! I'm 100% believer and I can't stop talking about your products.
Monument Grills delivers the kind of quality that makes outdoor cooking feel effortless. The build is solid from the frame to the burners, with stainless‑steel components that hold up to heat, weather, and years of weekend cookouts. You can feel the difference the moment you lift the lid — it's sturdy, well‑balanced, and built like a grill that should cost more than it does. Cooking performance is where Monument really shines. Even heat distribution, strong burner output, and responsive temperature control make it easy to get consistent results whether you're searing steaks, slow‑cooking chicken, or running the rotisserie. When you have a quality grill, the food just turns out better — and Monument proves that every time you fire it up. Assembly is surprisingly simple. The parts fit together cleanly, the instructions are clear, and most people can go from unboxing to grilling in under an hour. It feels like a premium product without the premium frustration. Overall, Monument Grills are worth every penny. You get durability, performance, and features that usually only show up in higher‑priced brands. If you want a grill that feels great to use and delivers consistently excellent results, Monument is an easy choice.
I converted the grill to natural gas. It's a little extra effort but seems to work fine. Not sure about the instruction to adjust the burners by turning the screw 90° in the knob area. It didn't budge, so I'm guessing that is something that had been revised? If not, I'd like to know how to adjust it. Thank you. KP
I've had this grill for about one month and have used it a couple times and so far it has worked very well. It has great heat distribution and sears incredibly well and it was easy to put together. Although I haven't owned it very long, my initial impressions are very positive. We will see how well it holds up through the years. The only criticism I have is that the back of the grill is pretty open, not like an enclosed cabinet. I'm a bit concerned with squirrels and chipmunks getting into the grill, especially the drip tray, but we'll see if this becomes an issue.
Absolutely love this grill. This is my second one and not because I had to replace the first one. I just brought it to a second home and replaced it with the same identical grill. Easy to assemble and use. Tons of cooking room and the upper grate is awesome for keeping cooked food warm. The sear box is great also!!!! Definitely a great grill.
Have only used it once so far. Everything worked as advertised. I cooked some burgers, and the heat seemed evenly spread and the grates cleaned well. I used the infrared grill to toast the buns. * use caution doing this because holy cow it only took 15-20 seconds!
So far so good. My second Monument grill. I love the design and the quality feel of the grill overall. You get a lot of features at a very reasonable price compared to the competitors. Will not hesitate to suggest this grill to anyone, or to purchase another one myself.
bought this grill 2 years ago it came in 2 well packed cartons with no damage. took about 4 hours to assemble and all the parts were there. we have used it a lot over the last 2 years with absolutely no problems. we have owned a lot of grills witch most didn't last more than 2 or 3 years before they burned or rusted out even thou they were covered and stored inside. we do the same with this grill and it shows no signs of rust or burn out. very happy with it and it does a great job of cooking everything we have cooked on it.
Grill arrived with a couple small dents in the front, but other than that, the grill is fantastic. Looks great, works well, the instructions were easy to follow. Also, the stainless-steel grates themselves are much heavier/thicker than I was expecting. It would be nice if they had included the tool to lift out the grates.
This is a very nice grill but could be improved. I really like the window to see whats going on inside the hood. I was disappointed that the grill cabinet floor and inner door panels were not a stainless material. Also disappointed the drip tray panel holder slots are not wide enough or the drip tray panel could be longer. I say this due to the panel already falling out of place when moving grill across my deck. The lighted dials are ok and the light button could have been installed on the control panel front and not on the side. I like the larger wheels compared to my old grill but the office chair style wheels seems cheap. The overall stainless material used on this grill is thinner than my old grill. Panels seem a touch flimsy to me. The flame timers are a loose fit and could have been longer. Some of the assembly screws are hard to get at for the sear station and the side burner. The grill cover is made of a very nice water proof material. I do like the grill overall and these are just my thoughts.
