Monument Grills Tabletop Propane Gas Grill for Outdoor Portable Camping Cooking with Travel Locks, Stainless Steel High Lid, and Built in Thermometer

Have only used it once so far. Everything worked as advertised. I cooked some burgers, and the heat seemed evenly spread and the grates cleaned well. I used the infrared grill to toast the buns. * use caution doing this because holy cow it only took 15-20 seconds!

I travel in an RV, and this grille is perfect for our needs. I had one years ago, it was damaged beyond repair, and I had to replace it. Unable to find another, I resorted to another brand of small table-top grille, which was not nearly as good as the Monument. I lived with that other brand for 3 years, continuing to look for another Monument (I had thrown the original away, and couldn't remember the brand). Finally, while perusing the Wal-Mart website, I found the Monument 19" tabletop grille, and am looking forward to many years of excellent meals.

Second Monument grill I purchased. The first lasted 4-5 years. Controls are very good and the built in thermometer makes it easy to get the job done. Searing side does a great job of sealing in the moisture so it doesn't dry out the meat. Side burner is handy for boiling corn on the cob.

Best grill I've ever owned SO FAR . We'll have to wait n see how it holds up . What this grill does BETTER than any grill I've had is that it cooks so precisely, no flare ups , no uneven heat ,venting is great . I'm convinced you could bake a loaf of bread on this thing just like it's in ur oven . I really really hope this things components don't rust out in a year just like every grill these days seems to because I really love the product and I got the blue grill and I absolutely love the look of it too , it's a beautiful blue

I like the size of the grill and cooking space. I have only used it once so far but the meat came out nice. The only issue I had was with the instructions to connect the cooking control panel. I was a little confused at first as instructions dealt with connecting two wires but actually there were three wires to connect. At first I had an extra wire hanging from the control panel and it wasn't until I had to really look under the grilling area to find the third connector. Instructions on this should indicate connecting three wires.

Two years ago while living in Europe I purchased an almost identical grill branded ROSLE a german brand in Europe First thing I did when returning to the US was to get the Monument Grill. Best way to clean the grates is with Scrub BBQ Daddy. Good value. Forever hooked on a grill with window.

This grill is awesome. It was easy to put together when following the instructions. It's totally a sturdy grill too, not cheap flimsy metal, but totally solid. Cooking on it is great. Large cooking surface, no hot spots, cooks evenly! Overall, great grill!

I am very happy with this grill. I've only used my grill once so far, and it performed great. The quality of this grill seems high, and the price was reasonable. I look forward to using this grill for many years to come. My son assembled it for me. He said it took several hours, but he didn't encounter any problems.

I have used this grill three times now. There is no assembly required where a tool is needed. I like that it has two travel locks for portability. The cooking surface is amble. Easy to get four steaks on it. I am happy with it. Having said that, I do have some nit picking comments for which I deducted a point from the rating. 1- The cooking crate is not high enough from the flames. It is not right next to them, but this grill gets hot even on low setting. I fixed that issue. I happened to have a square shaped rod laying around so I put it between the front frame and grate. It raised the grate by almost two inches The grill top still closed with plenty of room to spare. 2- There is a solid plate between the burner and the drip pan. The design on that would have been better had that plate been slotted or perforated so that the grease flows easily into the drip pan. Which BTW is ample. It is permanently attached with pop rivets so "improvising' it to fit a better need is not easy. 3- The advertising says it runs on 1 %23 bottle. I suspect that an adapter is needed for that. My grill regulator is designed for a 20 %23 tank. Which is what I wanted for my application. 4-It would have been nice if there was a warming grate above the normal grate so that I could put veggies there. I would have paid extra for that. 5- I bought a cover as a separate purchase. It would have been so much easier if I had the option to buy that cover with the grill. That separate purchase was not thru WalMart. HELLO Walmart marketing people!!! This is a well built grill and at a glace looks really heavy. It is not. I could easily use this with my RV or boat. And the instruction manual was included and well written. That is not normal since most companies, in a effort to be cheap, think that we customers should go online to download those.

I'm disappointed with my purchase. The side burner does not light with the ignition switch. That was right out of the box. I haven't investigated to find out what the problem is. The doors do not line up even with the adjustment. I still haven't received my grill cover and that's been weeks. I've grilled on it once since receiving it. I grilled a tuna steak, and I was surprised that it didn't seem to grill that hot, although I had it towards the front of the grill. Perhaps if next time I move it to the rear it will grill hotter.
