Alright, so, these are bits of cheese that are crunchy. That's pretty much it. They are not airy cheese *puffs*, they're harder and more substantial -- more a pebble than a puff. They taste, pretty much, just like the cheese, and therefore are sort of like the crunchy bits you get at the edge of a grilled cheese sandwich or a pizza or something. If what you need in your life is something crunch, and you like cheese, you may like these. There are a couple of downsides. One is that a "serving" is the equivalent of 2-3 cubes of cheese -- so, 6-8 of these pebbles. There are several servings in a bag. However, when you see the bag, you're going to think, "What? This is a single serving bag!" and I get that. The point here is that there's a lot of cheese in them -- because they're nothing *but* cheese -- so if you eat the whole bag as one serving, you're getting a lot of calories/fat. So, the biggest downside is that they seem pretty expensive for the size of the bag. Additionally, this particular flavor -- Pepper Jack -- had a sort of "feet smell" when I opened the package. I'm not saying that there was anything wrong -- just that the cheesy funk is stronger with these than I noticed with the cheddar. As long as you don't stick your nose in the bag, you'll be fine. Overall, I recommend them. I'd be ordering more if it weren't for how expensive they are per bag. Hard to justify.

I bought these and the cheddar ones and honestly i like the Pepper Jack better! they have so much flavor and the crunch is always a welcomed experience as we all know. Great snack on my workout days as you only get a couple per serving so on a non work out day i tend to steer clear of these due to the calorie to portion ratio. Will def repurchase
I love pepper jack cheese. And I love the crunch of these and the fact that while very crispy, they don't have that burned cheese flavor.
Very good stuff and no gross after taste
Delicious taste just like cheese but with the crunch you want
I'd have rated 5-star here if not so much pricier than in stores. This "just right" mild-to-medium pepper "heat" is my favorite of their 3 flavors (Gouda my next fave) of this quick and easy protein snack satisfying crunch not too hard, but messy fingers. Pure except rock salt added. (Pour salt on a plant, insect, or snail to see how bad it is even for we who don't suffer high blood pressure.) When you have time, you can choose unsalted cheese to fry instead, that is healthier than oil-fried food, though such heat kills some vitamins and enzymes. Long shelf life makes great dried disaster food preparedness too. Enjoy :)
I LOVE cheese...and and ever since we made burned cheese as kids...(in the backyard..) I've loved crunchy cheese!! You folks have my vote!
Better than most snacks out there. Not bland like others
Very disappointed in taste. Threw out
