I love this trike. It is so fun to ride without any worries of crashing over. I love the stability of three wheels and the ability to take the cat along in the basket. It was shipped fast and packaged well. We watched a couple of videos before assembling the trike, and I think that really helped with the sometimes vague written directions. Overall, would absolutely buy again.

I bought it for my wife. she loves it. I bought her the same model years ago that had a different design. It was finally time for a new one. This new design and the insteucrion manual is way better and intuitive than the original.

The bike is nice to look at, but putting it together was hard. Some of the parts were bent or broken. It was very difficult to put together. The book was hard to understand and not properly written. Tried to return it because it doesn't work for me, but Walmart will not return it. I had to reach out to the seller and it's just been a runaround! They want me to take it apart and ship it back to them . Would not buy this namebrand again.

Purchased trike; handle bar; assembled well. Rode 1/2 mile ~ handle bar rolled forward (manufacturer defect ) causing crash and right shoulder strain and sprain.I contacted Walmart on October 29th who then contacted this seller (Slsy %26 MOONCOOL). They have not reached out to initiate return; I explained that I have no problem returning it to the nearest Walmart or Walmart super center. My bike couldn't be assembled even though I paid the $79, the seller will not refund me as it's missing pieces an they want me to take pictures. We love walmart but not this company. Numerous emails. I have copies. I want a refund so we can buy another bike in store like we did before. They are taking advantage of a senior

The cycle came with 2 spoke broken on one wheel. I took the assembly service and the assembly person found it during unpacking. I started the return process online. Then walmart sent me message that the seller will contact me within 48 hours. I have not received any communication within last 5 days.

Terrible customer service!!! I emailed them twice and haven't gotten a response.
