Wonderful bike! So far no issues at all! I'm very happy!!! My bike arrived with a flat rear tire and would not inflate. I contacted the seller and she immediately responded and offered to send a new tube and even pay for a shop to put it on because I wasn't comfortable doing this myself. WOW! Excellent customer service!!!

Very disappointed bike came with back tire flat tried to pump it up had to take it to bike shop it came with a hole in the tube cost me $100 for them looking at it and a new tube never got to use it yet! It will take one week to get back

I am writing this because I ordered an E bike and I paid the $79 to have it totally put together when it got here but it's not and I'm frustrated and is somebody gonna come out here and put it together for me

The battery did not hold a charge; the battery is defective I need to return it, the battery doesn't work, it won't charge, it's not working.

Do not buy this bike! Took hours to assemble once assembled the tire would not inflate. Received a replacement tire still would not inflate. Had to take to a local bike shop to repair they said the tube was pinched. Once tire was repaired charged the bike for use and the power doesn't work: Told to take to a local bike shop and the company would send parts for repair. Requested 3 parts from the company based on shop diagnostics but they will only send one part at a time. Each delivery takes weeks as it comes from China. Ordered this bike in April it's June 1st and still waiting for 2nd part to arrive. Shouldn't have to take a brand new bike to a repair shop to have all the parts swapped out. This bike is garbage!

Do not buy from this seller!! I was scammed. They never sent the bike, instead they sent a bike lock because the bike delivery was delayed. They then put the same tracking number on said lock so it looks like I did receive the bike when I never did. Now they're refusing a refund.

Arrived with a dent in the front forks/suspension. The battery did not work. And the inside of the fender showed wear before ever putting it together. I have gone back and forth with Mooncool for 2 months with no resolution. I have lost 2 months of summer riding with my grandchildren.

when the bike arrived the tire that was already assembled was popped, i cant even blow air into it to get the air back, i was so excited for this thing and it came popped:( ive been trying not to cry literally all day but i literally spend so much on uber and lyft cause of my jobs

After putting bike together and a week of emailing mooncool about the bike battery not working, I had requested a refund and still havent gotten an email or update on the refund.

It arrived broken, the shipping packet was not damaged. The professional installation was a waste of money because the bike was broken. I now must wait for new parts.
