Love this trike. Still learning all the ins %26 outs of the bike. Kids made me send back a 2 wheeler. Afraid I would get hurt. They were probably right. Still learning on a short ride daily with a friend that is helping me. Can’t wait to get on trail.
I am 75 and have started riding my Mooncool. It is so easy to handle and so stable. I really think it will help keep me active. My favorite color orange.thank you Mooncool for a product that exceeds my expectations in every way. Happy trails to me.
I’m still learning things about the trike but the more I ride it the more I like it! It handles great and I haven’t opened it up yet to see just how fast it will go, but perhaps today! Definitely worth the money. The seat was a bit tricky til I figured it out! Directions were a little vague but after watching a few videos I got it! The right brake light connection cable won’t go into the other cable but oh well!
I bought this tricycle to handle the hills and not so smooth roads in my south western Pennsylvania neighborhood where shopping, medical care, and other needs are all within 3 miles of my home. This bike with its 750 watt motor handles the trips with ease even though I weigh 285 lbs. I rode 8 miles today and the battery is still at 100%! With me bad knees and feet, I'm totally dependent on the throttle and the bike still gets the job done. I ordered the optional foot rest for a more comfortable experience. I did remove the back rest cushion to give me more room and not feel like I'm being pushed forward too far. Assembly wasn't too complicated when I followed a 17 minute video section by section. It was just physically demanding for me because I have health issues. I highly recommend this trike if you're looking for cheap and reliable transportation that can handle steep hills.
Easy assembly, Beautiful paint job, all parts appear to be of high quality. The seat is comfortable and the battery and motor is powerful. Amazing value.
When I ordered this bike your site said it would include the basket cooler bags. They were not included. I feel Walmart should stand behind this and honor the original offer.
My brakes were not working when the item was shipped to me. I took it to a bike shop and negotiated a credit from mooncool for the repair. Now my tire fell off and I’m waiting for a bolt to come from China. Who knows how long that will take. I recommend purchasing a bike from a bike shop so you can get it repaired and get parts. Add motor makes a similar model and you can purchase it at a similar price from a shop.
The back lights are connected to a cable that exits out of the back fender and cannot clear the tire when connected on both back lights. These wires make it impossible to ride without rubbing and catching on the tires. I communicated with the seller multiple times to return the item. They kept refusing to initiate a return and told me I would have to pay a 10% restocking fee if it was not a quality issue. When I told them that it was a quality issue, they bribed me twice to keep it and take money off. They changed the restocking fee to 20%. I called Walmart and very much appreciate the excellent customer service. I was issued a full refund. The seller continues to harass me with re-stocking fees and return of the item. I told them to come and get the item. I have no use for it and it is sitting in my livinroom taking up space. Please advise
Only got 3.5 miles and started having problems with the chain and bad switch cable I’m told and it’s taken 24 days before the even ship new cable and it will take at least 2 weeks or more to get here coming out of China and they will refuse to take it back even though they have a 30 day return policy never buy another one again from this company plus I gotta take to the bus shop to have a new cable put on I hope that’s the problem
The bike is missing a seat post the seat has a slice I called within 1 hour of getting the trike. Called them 3times and emailed they recently said Walmart is aware of the problem and is helping to rectify it. Is this the case
