It comes mostly assembled. I'm not the brightest bulb but the instructions are so easy to follow that I had no difficulty. The bike is solid and fun to ride for an old guy with some balance problems. Time will tall on the overall quality but from a open box to on the road is a cinch.

I bought the TK1 version a few years ago and love it as I have a spinal cord injury and just use the maximum pedal assist (no pedaling needed). However, I specifically bought this newer version of this trike, the TK2, as it has a reverse function so I don't get stuck places and it's a great feature to have on this trike!

I never give 5 star reviews. This purchase changed my mind. Shipped on time. Amazingly well packed. I am elderly and disabled. Taking my time, with average mechanical aptitude, finished assembly in about 4 hours, over 2 days. I could have done it in 2 hours when I was healthy. 5 stars for service! They promptly answered all of my questions and i couldn't be more happy with engineering, quality and performance. Now im customizing for my 2 old Chihuahuas. Just what we needed to get out and have fun.

This thing is nice and powerful. I think I broke the seat clamp, but the poll sits in snug.I like it.

Packaged perfectly, all parts included, delivery was on target. I'm looking for years of service.

The person Angie sent out to assembly the bike. He said he was not experienced in building electric bike. when the box didn't have all the parts, he said he could not come back after i got the parts. when i reached out to angie they said when i got the parts someone would come out. after looking in the box for the 5th time piece by piece no parts. mooncool at least tried to make it right. front tire quick release bolt, bolt for headlight, screw for control for lcd. and tube had a slit would not hold air. mooncool mailed me a 20 x 4 tube needed to be 20 x 3. bolt for headlights came but no screw for lcd control button. There was a extra charger. I took the tire into a bike shop they fixd it and found a slit in the tube but nothing inside the tire to cause it, mooncool has offered to reinburse me for my expense. the person Angie sent out took the tools that came with the bike. which I believe those are for the bike. this week end when i am off i will put front wheel on and test the bike. It has been sitting in my living room plus the box it came in. needless to say it has been an expereince

if what I ordered would have been inside the shipping BOX that arrived I would have been happy... Someone repackaged and marked the shipment with the wrong items in it...

Subject: Request for Full Refund and Return – Mooncool E-Trike I am requesting a full refund to my credit card and return of the Mooncool e-trike due to false advertising. Walmart's site claimed speeds of 25 MPH and a range of 85 miles, but a Mooncool representative confirmed the actual specs are 15.5 MPH and about 40 miles, which can not be changed. I purchased this based on the advertised performance. A Walmart agent also promised a $200 refund for the misleading info, which I have not received after more than a week. Due to the inaccurate product listing and unresolved refund, I am requesting a full refund and for the e-trike to be picked up at no cost to me. Please respond promptly to resolve this issue.
