I'm 5'1 and 118 lbs, the pillow is higher than myself about 1 inch. Maybe I'll get acquainted with it while using long. I think they should give more many size by weight. The pillow is GOOD, helps for neck, support.

i recently purchased this for my neck and am really satisfied with the quality and hardness of it. it definitely works foe neck support. even tho I had to get refunded due to a dirt spot on the product, I am willing to repurchase this.

this pillow is comfortable but it it shaped weird and although it is washable to can't put a pillow case on it. the material after one wash became rough.
